Well here we are once again this time returning the car lease for sure after the last meeting on March. Unfortunately our arrival has not been very pleasant because once again, like I said in my previous review, Ford has horrible customer service. On top of that I believe they recognized us and as such we had to wait for more than one hour just to return the car. Additionally to that we experienced bad mouthing by a few employees simply because me and my husband had question. It was so bad that I really now hope no bad things happen to us because it feels and looks that we specifically were being ignored and treated with like some resentment. Every time I tried to ask someone the answer I was either ignored or received a answer rudely along the lines of "I'm busy, just keep waiting". The only good thing I have to say if if you come in look for someone named Joe because at least he is someone who has actual humanity and decency in this horrible place while the rest of people here are only in it for the money and do not care about the customer at all. They are destroying Ford's name and reputation which is a shame as the cars are amazing, but with this service I can safely say it is not worth it to buy a Ford car.

0 I bought a Lincoln Continental from Alan at Coleman Lincoln in Maple Shade New Jersey. The car is junk. I've taken it to a reputable Lincoln dealership they've told me that the car has been repainted it will be $8800 to have all the repairs done to it I was sold the car certified preowned Lincoln will do nothing to help me please anybody that tries to buy a Lincoln Continental or any other vehicle from Holman run as fast as you can from these criminals. Alan is the biggest criminal of all he had my car parked in the shade so I couldn't see all the damage that's been done to the car. The seat was broken so at 200 Point inspection means absolutely nothing. Nothing run as fast as you can from the criminals at hoLincoln in Maple Shade, New Jersey please 0

Went to Holman Ford since I moved, WOW!! I have owned Ford vehicles for the last 10 years and this is by far the best service center i have ever visited. Came in on MLK day to drop off my vehicle for a periodic service, within 2 hours my vehicle was ready and washed. The service team went above and beyond, sending me a video of the multi point inspection and even taking care of a hardware upgrade that was available. The staff was friendly and thoughtful of my needs. The waiting area was comfortable and stocked with complementary drinks and snacks. Overall 10/10 great job Holman Ford!!!

Hey Holman Ford, are the best! Holman is the only dealership I go to. I live in Philadelphia. There service is top notch. The best part is they the prices are fair.I needed an oil change. They found a few other things, and they fix each one. Ifyou'rer looking great dealership, go see what Holman Ford has to offer

Emailed a rep the model I built and to please let me know when I could place an order, after some time went by I got an email that I could place an order for the car I wanted. Made a reservation to show up and talk with a rep, when I got there they told me I couldn't order the car I wanted due to it being a hard model to get. But they didn't seem to understand that's why I emailed early and waited to be able to make a reservation. Save your time and money and go somewhere that cares.

This is not a complaint regarding their customer service or their work completed. If it were, I'd give five stars there. This is about the Misc charge they started charging just to make and appointment. Check the last item on your bill. They are charging to make a service order online. They take your comments from your web appointment and charge you for them. Craziness and the last time appointment for me

Zero stars! Don't go there!! We drove over an hour to buy a car,that is still listed as available on their website, to be told that it was sold last night, after the dealership closed!! What a line of bologna. We were hounded to come, only to be disappointed. I could only imagine the customer service after they make a sale. Horrible!!

Brought my work vehicle in for a brake shimmy they didn't fix the last time I was in. I also have a leak in my windshield. I was the 4th car in line that morning. The van sat 2 days without being touched. I messaged the service writer around 4:30 pm through the text messaging number they provide. He responded to me the next morning saying he must have responded to someone else. I spoke to him later that day. He said if I had made an appointment I would have been seen but that no walk ins were being looked at. His final text to me was "is the vehicle staying or are you taking it"--Chris Dacanay Holman Ford Lincoln Maple ShadeI was sent a follow up message asking if I was satisfied with my service. What service?! I responded how is wasnt happy with the lack of service I received. Big surprise, no response.My work vehicle is covered by enterprise fleet as well. They are guaranteed to be paid for whatever work is needed on this 2 year old, 30k mile vehicle. My first time in they told me the brakes felt good. 2 bad experiences. Maybe you get better service if you book it a month in advance.

Made a 9:00 a.m. appointment for a recall. Dropped my car off in the morning and got a ride home. At 1:30 p.m. I got a call that it still was not done. Then they told me they would need my car overnight but should be ready first thing in the morning. I called multiple times when they opened at 9:00 a.m. the next morning and nobody answered the phone for over an hour. Finally got a hold of someone who said my car would be done around 1:00 p.m. ...... Absolutely ridiculous. Over 24 hours for something that I was told would only take 4 hours. I will not be returning here ever again. 2 days wasted.

Brought my car in for a maintenance appointment that was scheduled on Wednesday. I was given the 3rd degree on what the problem was with my car, but the reason I was bringing it in was because I didn't know. Was told my car wouldn't be seen until Friday. I didn't get an update on my car until the very next Wednesday! A whole week later. I was basically told not to fix my car and to get rid of it, which really helps a lot ... not. So, not only was I without my car for a week but it didn't get fixed and I still had to pay $200 :/
