Excellent buying experience! They went above and beyond. Greg Somers is the best. Please ask for him next time you need a Lincoln or Ford. Also a beautiful service department. The service staff communicated well and did excellent work.

My wife and I have purchased several cars from Holman over the years. I will no longer recommend this dealer for anything. To start, the service advisors are rude and the exact same service is twice and much as all the other dealers in the area.
Need a service appointment? How about Christmas 2025? All the other dealers…. Let’s get you in here next week and if it helps you we will pick up your car.
Holman is all about selling you the car, then treating you like a terrorist after the check clears.
Holman used to be my go to dealer, no longer.

From the reception with Don to the sales desk with Mike, the experience was exceptional. These gentlemen ensured that my wife and I felt completely welcome on both days of our visit to the dealership. The finance representative also provided an excellent experience, despite the limited time we had with them.

My reasoning for giving this low rating is for reason 1 being the customer service was bad and the other was because i recently had a expensive repair done here with my vehicle and within less than 24hrs of me leaving with my car 3 dashboard lights came on that was related to the repair. I call the service center and they tell me to bring it in as soon as i can. I brought it in and the customer service was horrible! The gentleman attending me kept rolling his eyes and looking the other way when I was speaking to him. I felt disrespected and as a man it took a lot in me not to get out of character. I was belittled and even accused of possibly taking it to another shop which is truly absurd when i literally paid $1200 for that issue to be repaired why would i go elsewhere it doesn’t make any sense! Sounds like they didn’t want to take responsibility for something most likely they did! I have made multiple calls since the incident and im pretty sure everything gets logged so there’s definitely proof of me making those calls from the date of service and those dashboard lights coming on. WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! Then to top it all off when they returned my vehicle to me the System was down and I couldn’t have a receipt or notes about my vehicle when I left.

Chris and Don were both extremely welcoming and hospitable. Chris was very knowledgeable regarding every aspect of the vehicle that I leased. He spent good quality time with me. Don got directly to the bottom line numbers which I appreciate. Took a lot of the unnecessary negotiation out of the experience and enabled me to focus more on the vehicle. Very considerate towards my budget. Also found out that Holman has interest in multiple manufacturers. This makes my decision to return an easy one. Great job Holman Lincoln of Maple Shade. Thanks again Chris and Don !!

I worked with Lou Petti. This is my 2nd vehicle purchase with him! I put him through it and he went way above what I believe any other “salesperson” would do. Which is why I will be back again when needed! Chris Cox was also very helpful and assisted when Lou literally had 3 customers waiting for him. Great experience all around!

Our salesperson John McKeon was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and immediately responded to our phone calls and texts. We never felt pressured throughout the entire car buying process. Overall it was a very pleasant and positive experience. In fact, on the day we purchased the vehicle, John stayed well past closing time until everything was complete and all of our questions were answered.

I wish I could give it a zero rating the worst car dealership I’ve ever done business with in 45 years of driving a car. They sold me a car that had been in an accident. They said that it had never been in an accident. They hit it under a tree so I couldn’t see all the paint defects. I have it at a collision shop now $8800 to restore the paint Alan was the salesman. He has nothing more than a common criminal that said he’s worked there for 17 years please run away from that dealership. The sales manager is a criminal also I will never own a Lincoln Continental again as long as I live , I have been robbed out of $45,000 from Holman Lincoln in Maple Shade New Jersey

This was the smoothest, most enjoyable car maintenance experience I have ever had. I had been going to another ford dealer for years because it’s closer to my home. This was my first time using Holman Ford and WOW what a difference!!! I have never been offered a ride before, or received a video of my vehicle. I will definitely be recommending Holman.

The work was done well, and i always appreciate your videos showing what was found, etc. But, in this situation...more communication was needed as days went by. Sounds like there may have been staffing shortages in service center when my car was there. I did receive calls from someone else who said he was calling to make sure needs are being met. He was very nice but was not helpful as he wasn't involved in work being done on my car.
