I’ve lived in many places, but this complex is by far the worst. The rent is ridiculously high for what you get. There’s zero security—people let their dogs poop right in front of your door, and you can’t say a word unless you want to risk getting shot. Seriously, do your research; two kids were shot here recently. Theft is rampant—cars get broken into all the time, and people even steal tires and rims.As for maintenance? Forget it. Roaches and insects are everywhere, and they do nothing about it. To top it off, you pay for parking, but after a long day, someone else is always in your spot, and management couldn’t care less. This is my last year here, and I can’t wait to leave this nightmare behind.

I was interested in leasing here after finding ads on craigslist advertising a clean safe upscale community. After further research I saw that it is deeply unsafe for my family as I have a four month old and it broke my heart to see the reviews about rat, mice & bug infestations, poor quality apartments and a high crime rate that has even impacted children involved in shootings. stay away from this place! In fact to any tenants stuck here be sure to document and sue the place until they are closed down or placed under new management. Nobody should live like this it’s heartbreaking to imagine families in this predatory environment.

Moved in 3 weeks ago today attacked by a rat in my kitchen this was not a mouse called ambulance went to hospital need 3 weeks of rabies vaccines called the office they did not respond, but my attorney did !calling health department and filing suit tomorrow 6/3/2024 can't live with rabid rats I'm sure tomorrow I will get a message saying how sorry they are and will try to do better next time

Beware!!! This place is beyond terrible. Trash is always everywhere. There’s soooo many shootings in this complex and fires it’s a damn shame. There’s mice and roaches. The roaches are big as the mice. They charge too much money for a dump. Management should be ashamed. Hell I wouldn’t even work for Fox Meadows! The rent in this place should be $50, especially the way it’s ran. It’s so dirty! They don’t even deserve one star. I’m telling you do not bring your kids here. There’s people shooting and fighting so much in this complex. Take your money else where and live in a community where they actually care and that is safe. The reviews that stated “ it’s a beautiful community and clean” they have to be fake. I honestly believe they write the reviews themselves. There’s drug deals around here as well.

THIS PLACE IS LIKE A 3RD WORLD COMPLEX. SAFE YOURSELF A LOT OF HEARTACHE READ THE BAD REVIEWS BC THEY SPEAK THE TRUTH! I wouldn’t pay $50 to live there nor could someone pay me to live there!

I give 2 stars only because the Leasing Agent I spoke to was nice however I observed a Latina leasing agent while I was waiting talking very condescending to a prospective tenant on the phone. You never know who can hear how you interact with others and provide customer service it was poor so I was turned off. The community also from reviews is not good apartments nor safe so I pursued elsewhere. The model unit was very substandard and not worth the price.

I have been living at Fox Meadow apartments for less than a month. So far everything is great. My kids are having a blast and enjoying their summer. I love that they get to play right outside with other kids their age. They love going to the clubhouse and the pool. The staff there is nice and courteous. My leasing agent Mercedes was so patient and so understanding of my situation when I first applied for the apartment. She is personable, kind and patient. I am very pleased to have dealt with her.

I requested the maintenance service because the stove was not working and they came within two days. The employee was very kind and quickly fixed the defect. He put New Ranger spark module.

Update:during our meeting, our agent lied directly to my wife and i that we were approved for a town home(not conditionally). 3 days before the move in(after we have paid our deposits, reservation fee, and turned on the utilities) they call me and tell me that they are canceling the lease. I asked directly at our appointment if our approval was conditional and she said “no, you just have to pay your reservation and pick a house!” I spoke with them over the phone about the matter and they even tried to tell me there was nothing i could do. We will be contacting the state because of these undue damages this has caused our family.

Me and my spouse were looking for a new place and are so happy we decided to give Fox Meadow a chance! McKenzie was absolutely phenomenal, great personality, answers all questions, cares about her customers, and treats everyone with great respect. We opted to move in based on the townhouse we were able to look at, and honestly the way McKenzie treated us made all the difference when choosing between places. I needed maintenance for quick repair and they showed up within a hour, the maintenance guy was so nice, and he fixed the issue without dragging things out like other places do. The townhouse itself is absolutely gorgeous. It feels like home and honestly thanks to McKenzie we decided to call it home! I went to many places to look at and her personality was what sold us on moving here! Highly recommend!

I would never pay almost $1600-3000 for somewhere that’s not gated with no security nor isn’t a house .. that’s too expensive too be living on top each other ? then won’t fix tenants housing is just crazy✌?✌?they only care bout the money not tenants they scam you out your money then cancel your lease ? such greed?

STAY AWAY. I’ve been here just over a yr and in that time frame this complex had a tragic fire that took the lives of 2 small kids…absolutely heartbreaking. And in the past two weeks we have had two shooting where today a 10 yr old girl was shot during a robbery. Last week there was a women who posted her car sitting on bricks bc someone stole every tire on her car… and can’t forget about the catalytic converter problem we have. Another resident literally has raw sewage coming out underneath his kitchen window for over a yr with no resolution. The laundry machines are always broken and if you lose money due to mechanical error well that’s on you. There is like 4 buildings that use the laundry facility and it has on a good day 5 working washers n 4 dryers. I’ve called the service company about it and it’s over a year later and still no fix. To pay this much rent and my children can’t go outside to play is ridiculous. Definitely not luxury apartments. Far from it. As matter of fact the only thing that is luxury is the clubhouse but it’s for a fee. ABSOLUTE JOKE! The only positive I’ve experienced is MAINTENANCE!
