Sales man was so professional Listen to me took my situation on the consideration Finance Manager presented me with all his products. I was very respectful and understanding. Explain everything me and a great man. Absolutely awesome experience go there now and get yourself a gray car like I did.

Scheduled maintenance and explained that I needed a temporary vehicle. Service department scheduled me two weeks out and confirmed vehicle. Arrived and they said vehicle is not available and if I could wait which I could not as I explained when they scheduled. Excuse was all of their cars are on recall. However this is the third time they did this bait and switch. Do not believe them if they say they will have a car available for you. They are hoping you will just stay and accept the inconvenience. A call in advance that a car was not available was also not made. If they lie about offering cars in question the honesty of the service.

Finance, Salespeople, whoever else thats involved in your purchase process is, allegedly, not on the same page, which resulted in my poor experience. I hate the car buying process. I feel like I got scammed, honestly.

6/21 Yet another great experience at elite Acura. These guys never seem to let down. I'm very satisfied at the level of service and work completed to my vehicle. Would not go anywhere else but here to these guys. Thanks Harrison.
3/10 Always look forward to my visit at elite Acura. Dropped my car off before work. Picked it up after work. Loaner provided by the acura team as usual. Car feels great as always, awesome work. Thanks again Harrison ?.
11/9 Another awesome visit. Got some maintence done and timing belt done few weeks prior. Arrived in morning to drop off car. Checking in was easy. Went over few options explained thoroughly. Already had a loaner ready for me, didn't even have to ask. This place is great. Have been going here for the last 5 going on 6 years. They are the reason I stick with Acura. Thanks again Pat, you're always great.
8/30 There is just not enough good I can say about this place. Pat, thank you again and again.
