Needed a new windshield in my wifes suv. Both my wife and I called this place multiple times and left messages. Not one returned phone call! We are Shaders and tried to support a local company and got nothing. Just can't support a company that can't even return phone calls....

I was referred by the dealership where I bought my Acura. Crack in the windshield required replacement. Spoke to Ang on the phone who said she would check availability and call back. Still waiting!!!!. Lucky I didn't hold my breath. Your company is only as good as your weakest link. Going to Safelight. They return calls and are very professional so far. I'm sure it would have been a decent job but they blew it!!

I had an appointment, but they did not show. They did not call to cancel or reschedule. When I asked why they didn't show for the job, they said it was because it was raining. I have a garage and the vehicle could be kept dry. After not showing for the appointment, they said they wouldn't be able to do it for another week or two. For my first experience with this company, I am very disappointed with the lack of communication.

Affordable pricing, convenient scheduling, quick service (2-3 hours), and no unexpected pricing on the invoice. Got my driver-side window motor replaced. I would highly recommend.

Everyone that works there is so nice and accommodating. My son's car was broken into during the night and they were able to replace his window that day. I recommend them to everyone.
