Great customer service. From the second I stepped in, Ashlea was so nice and helpful. Provided all the information and helped make the process easier.
When I got my Beautiful red Dodge Durango back the car looked pretty much like brand new! They did excellence job, and it even seem that they washed the car.

Good custumer service, but really bad work that is the most importand in this kind of work. I don't recomend u to come to this body shop if u don't want to waste your time, or to see they did a bad work on your car.
The Pain't was with too much dirt in the color, and run the clear coat. I told them. They told me: we will fix it. A week later when I pick my car I saw the color still same, so, I let they know and they said to me: bring back the car tomorrow to fix it, and I show them that same day the inside the hood wasn't fix it, and the hood need 4 clips that is for inside the hood. They re painted the parts, and did a bad work inside the hood. I told them: the painter just spray color without sand before do it. So, I bring back my car again the next day. Wait another week, and wt u see in the pic painted with scratches is how they leavy my car inside the hood . Really is a bad work wt they did in my car, and everytime they call me to pick my car, the said: the car is readr to pick up, and we checked it. But they didn't. I keep my car how is at this point, because I'm tired to bring back my car, And always is something they did wrong. I don't understand why if they have to fix what they did bad. Why don't fix everything good at the same time? They wait to see if the customer see what they didn't fix. That is wrong.

They said my vehicle would be ready last Thursday after I called Wednesday. Apparently they just needed to finish up some paper work. It has been a week and they have not updated me or even had the courtesy to pick up the phone and give me an update. They keep hanging up after the 2nd ring and sending me to voice mail every single day since. I just want a timeline and they can't even do that. Terrible customer service.

They recently had a fire so they only work with a few insurances. The staff are very polite. If they can help you they will if not they let you know where you can try

They get a star for customer service, which is really good, but its not why I came. I brought my car here for a repair to the rear bumper, which was replaced and repainted. The color match is terrible to say the least. Looks like they were looking at an entirely different car. Then I'm backing my car up later on and get a warning. They didn't reattach my rear sensors! I don't need them but still want them connected. This is the last time I come here.

Initial encounter with this facility Manager Mr. William ( Bill) Miller was pleasant and professional until I brought my SUV (Mercedes) for a minor scratch. Mr. Miller said the repair would take no more than 3 days. After Mr. Miller received my vehicle he assured me the proper documents were submitted to my insurance company. After having my truck for two weeks past the inital 3 days he promised. I found out the Insurance documents was never submitted. Mr. Miller lied to my face that his secretary submitted the documents, this wasn't the truth. It was confirmed on the day Mr. Miller wasnt in the office on the 3rd week of having my SUV , the secretary never saw the documents and Mr. Miller lied. I had to call my insurancre while standing in front of Ms. Ashley to ensure she received the supplement insurance documents. Mr. miller actions were very unethical and unprofessional! I am no longer comfortable receiving any form of service from a managing staff that would look in their customer's face and lie to them and their insurance company!

Their manager Bill is a true DH. Don’t get no work done here, they try to give you a lifetime guarantee and I went back three years after my issue and he tried to tell me that it’s been too long after my paperwork says it’s a lifetime guarantee. He gave me a very bad attitude and nobody in their office is wearing masks at all so they are just spreading the virus. Please do not give this place your business you will regret it!

Someone hit my car bumper and ran away
Then I chose this body shop

And I got my car like brand new Like I bought today
Original bumper and color and everything is excellent.
Specially I really appreciated and grateful to Bill & Ashley . They did very excellent job. I always called them and they are very responsive and they talked with me very nicely, I strongly recommended this body shop ,

Collision center of Maple Shade is the best. There body work and quality paint work is second to none. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Thanks to all the body and paint guys in the shop, my hat goes off too you all!!! Your quality of craftsmanship is the BOMB. Give em' a try you won't regret it, your car will look like it just came off the show room floor!!!!! Ask for Bill, he'll take care of you till the ball crosses the goal line.

I have never had the pleasure of taking my car to a collision center, and truth be told I am glad I chose this one. It was just on a whim, a simple google search and I came across this collision center. There were so many obstacles with my car/insurance, and yet Bill managed to look out for me every step of the way. I am so appreciative of all that he did for me. I hope to never be in such predicament ever again, but as we all know that’s unlikely. Nonetheless, if I were to need body repair services in the near future, I’ll be bringing my business to Bill without hesitation...I’ll also recommend this center to anyone willing to listen. He’s just amazing! Thank you Bill!!
