I CAME BACK TO EDIT THIS POST!!!Alberto turned out to be a complete liar. He sold us a Tesla that has been in the shop for the past month! We purchased this car believing every “too good to be true” word Alberto said! After a month, our car started to fail. The doors began not working correctly, the screen began malfunctioning and on top of all of that… Alberto Of CarVision told us we could return the car should there be any issues!!! Well guess what?! We were told we could not return under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!In addition to this, I was called out of my name, disrespected and belittled by the service workers at Car Vision of Tropper.The statements below (which Alberto requested we post as it was a great initial encounter) are completely incorrect. It’s sad how CarVision treated us. Hoping to get my “certified and Tesla approved” car back any day now ?IN SHORT, RUN FAR AWAY !!!!———————————————————-Previous post:Alberto was a great salesmen. He met my husband and I at the door with a smile and pleasant demeanor. I did not feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase at any point of my experience at the dealership. He was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and truly made my car buying experience hassle-free. Let’s just say I walked in hesitant about getting a new car and left confidently, knowing I made the right decision!I highly recommend!!!Thanks Alberto!!!

BUYER BEWARE PREDATORY LENDING:The sales people and managers force and hide warranties to maximize their profits (poorly by the way). This is predatory sales behavior. Know your rights as a buyer or go somewhere else to buy a car. This business brings shame and takes advantage of this community. I was told I could not buy a car because I was not buying the warranty multiple times so we walked out. I submitted a claim to the Federal Business Borough. I will be sure to update my comments.

The lies to the customer after you sign the agreement and leave you are done. I come back to try to resolve my issue with my Tesla and the manager tell me is nothing they can do to help me out.

This review is for any person who is buying a car from out of state and the experience I had with this dealership. I must say, this is my first experience purchasing a car from out of state and this dealership made it the best I've ever had. Everything was seamless, from the financing application online, to the follow ups and to the customer service.RJ was the one who called me, and made sure I had everything together. The finance manager was spot on and they had everything ready for me when I arrived.I test drove the car which I had already researched before I got there, everything was excellent. For a person coming from out of state, it can be a different experience but, honestly I have never had a dealership be so efficient.I always purchase luxury cars and found this car on CarFax which also was different for me but, everything exceeded my expectations.I want to publicly thank this dealership and honestly the kind people of Jersey, everyone I met was kind, it was definitely a great experience and one I will always remember.

This dealership is Horrible. They willingly sold me a Lemon. They stated that the car I bought went through a 180 point inspection on all parts, and it was in excellent shape. Turns out my mechanic pointed out over 10 serious issues including the front bumper and side of car GLUED TOGETHER rather than repair the “fender bender,” it supposedly had. Countless issues. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER buy a car from this dealership. I have hired a lawyer.
