our tire was leakage and they should repair it for free because we purchase tire at BJ's. however they damaged my tire sensor and returned 3 times. They detected my sensor was bad but they could not replace it without their supervisor's review. I didn't have time to go there again and again. $10 fix ended with $50 sensor replacement. not recommend this shop to anyone.

The whole experience of buying tires here was horrible. Please don't waste your money, go anywhere else like Just Tires, Mavis, Mr. Tire, Pep Boys, anywhere but here. The customer service is terrible by most of the staff, who talk to you like your nothing. Go anywhere else where they appreciate the customer and are happy to have customers and do their tires. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $50- $100 and go elsewhere. I wish that I had!

i like the products and the savings with manufacturer's coupons and club coupons. But the customer service has MUCH to be desired! i called to find out if i could return a coffee make that i didn't like, and the girl who didnt give her name told me to bring the item in withe the i guess!? so when i tried to clarify the return policy she answers with a raised voice and i told her no need to raise gour voice, she hung up on me. so i waited and called back got put on hold for 5 mins . phone got picked up and hung up. i don't know if the phone system is set up to hang up on you or what, but that happens with the member line alot! I'm considering maybe not using this club in the future, maybe i'll consider Costco next time i purchase a membership! i've been a member here off and on for at least 10 years!

My wife’s been pregnant for most of this pandemic so we’ve used the online curbside option. We’ve experienced everything from missing items, ghost pickups, 30 min waits, with never an apology or resolution. Tonight was the worst. Two cars arrived after me as I waited for 35 min after check in. I asked one of the attendants about my order we I was there before the cars he delivered to, simply said “they’re working on your order” and walked away as I was still talking. Next car he delivered to which wasn’t mine of course, he had the audacity to give me a stare down. It’s already a difficult time for all no need to complicate these situations w nonsense

I called few days prior, Dillon took my call and got me scheduled for an appointment 2 days out. I’m here now and my car is about halfway down. Very satisfied with the service and pricing on my 4 brand new tires. Will def recommend and bring back my other vehicle when it is in need of new tires.

Kevin did great job on balancing and installing tires on my BMW. He paid attention to detail, handled with care and got the job done quickly. I cannot expect more! Definitely come back again!
