“I know it's not fair to compare dealerships, but I also recently went to Medford Ford, and it was like night and day. I had to call them for updates and such, and the service advisor was not incredibly friendly or welcoming. They also didn't wash my car ;) Conversely, my Holman experience was just top notch. The friendliness, communication, setup, and overall experience Very much on par and actually exceeded my great previous experience with a luxury brand I used to own :)”

“Customer service was excellent. I received text updates throughout the entire process. The only thing I didn’t like was not people able to talk to my rep who said I would get an initial phone call and didn’t. Then I received a text saying I would get a phone call the next day and didn’t. Then I called and was told the rep would call me back and didn’t. I had to go in to get an update and the GM was very helpful, friendly and just great all around and provided me with the answers I was looking for and very accommodating to when I could pick my car up.”
“I just wrote Finshline today for a quote, honestly I have been shopping around and everyone is killing me on price saying I need this or that. I have a good feeling about them, if I remember I used them maybe 15 years ago for a bedliner… idk ?♂️ I’m 50 now.
I’m looking to upgrade my stock 21 Toyota Tacoma with a basic nice lift, bigger tires not massive and nice black and a touch of silver chrome rims. Plus a new grille. Hopefully they come through and I can finish off this great start of a 5 star ⭐️ survey.

“Went to Holman Ford since I moved, WOW!! I have owned Ford vehicles for the last 10 years and this is by far the best service center i have ever visited. Came in on MLK day to drop off my vehicle for a periodic service, within 2 hours my vehicle was ready and washed. The service team went above and beyond, sending me a video of the multi point inspection and even taking care of a hardware upgrade that was available. The staff was friendly and thoughtful of my needs. The waiting area was comfortable and stocked with complementary drinks and snacks. Overall 10/10 great job Holman Ford!!!”
“*For the Service Department Only*I have taken my 2020 CX-30 here for every service since we got the car. Every time, the folks in the Service Department take the time ti explain the different service options, and are very honest about what is important, optional, and unnecessary. I even had an off-service issue with one of my tires, wherein I fully expected to have to buy one, if not two, new tires. They took a look at the issue, and told me that it was purely cosmetic, not structural. I was a bit skeptical, as it looked bad, but the gentleman in the Service Department said, "I'll put it to you this way: if you had purchased the warranty from the dealer, this would not be covered. I'll replace it if you want, but the structural integrity of the tire is unaffected." Another time, a different gentleman took the time to understand my intentions for the vehicle in the next few years, and make a service package recommendation based on the implications of each package down the road. Their combination of patience, clarity, and honesty is rare, and greatly appreciated.”
“I had the unfortunate experience of having a deer run into my SUV on Halloween night. I took it to Holman Collision, I only deal with Holman Infiniti so it was a no brained for me. There was a delay in getting my grill from Japan but Amy Rinnier handled everything that was thrown at her with ease. I recommend both Holman, they only use genuine factory parts, and Amy for any bodywork that you may need.”

“BILL! I came in today and had an awesome experience, thanks to Bill. It was a relief to see him at this shop. He does my oil change at the Audubon location. Recently I relocated to Mapleshade and I was a bit nervous to take my BMW truck someplace unfamiliar. My wife suggested that I use the same company but closer location. I was nervous, but happy wife, happy life, right? So I took my wife’s advice and was so relieved to see a familiar face. Bill reassured me that ALL of the mechanics are professionals and we were in great hands. He provided great customer service and consistently checked in with the mechanics to make sure they were doing the best job possible. They were quick and efficient.
