“The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a overall good experience. The only problem that I had they returned my car without a proper detail. I was told I need to go to a detail shop to get the polish off my windows I should’ve spoke out then because I feel like Macco is Muchmore than a detail shop”

“Customer service was excellent. I received text updates throughout the entire process. The only thing I didn’t like was not people able to talk to my rep who said I would get an initial phone call and didn’t. Then I received a text saying I would get a phone call the next day and didn’t. Then I called and was told the rep would call me back and didn’t. I had to go in to get an update and the GM was very helpful, friendly and just great all around and provided me with the answers I was looking for and very accommodating to when I could pick my car up.”

“I was in recently and needed four hubcaps (do they still call them that?) for my car. This was by far my easiest purchase today. The assistant manager Chris was awesome in finding what I needed. Great service and a well stocked parts area. I still remember getting metal hubcaps for my Plymouth Volare in my younger days at a huge junkyard. This location deserves five stars.”
