Worst place to go for business they’ll act nice and like they understand you but once you get car all that changes I got my car May2020 we’re halfway into August and I still have no plate after I wanted to use my own plate and Maria telling me “oh it’s only a $25 difference no need” now I’m stuck with an expired tag and they’re telling me they can’t renew tag and something about dmv being down now out of my last 3 cars I never had this problem they tell you the same thing every time you call try again later no tags came to shop I wished I would’ve researched this place but for anybody out there BEWARE PLACE JANKY

STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, FOR YOU'RE SAFETY AND WELLBEING STAY AWAY!! They don't care about you. They would sell you anything, but won't stand behind the vehicle. The warranty is trash. They don't answer, or it's wear and tear always. Now I have ser Michael privately. Just go to another dealer. These clowns are typical used car salesman. No culpability. No respect.

Michael (not sure if sales person or owner) is rude and unprofessional. This dealership also likely sells lemons considering they balk at having mechanics look at the car prior to purchase. AVOID!

It’s false advertisement not everybody gets approved customer service is horrible sat there for almost an hour waiting for someone, the lady there is very rude they told me any problems they could fix it and when I called I was told it was on me to get it fixed, the car I fought so hard to get from them was junk literally!! A down payment of $4000 plus the amount the car was listed for, The whole bottom was rotted out which became a $3000 job to get fixed along with a leaked sunroof, the battery died on me within the first couple of months. And I’m stuck paying a car note every month with no coverage from THEM, I do NOT recommend buying from them.

Cars are good, there word isn't. Even when it's written on paper! Bought a 15000 car with new ac and water pump.... have it it writing, call them after 1 day when ac was blowing hot air. Told me that they wouldn't take car and that repairs are on me

1st I would like to thank Mike, Michelle and Matt for there professionalism and assisting me with getting my new vehicle a 2016 Kia Sorento on March 28,2024 it was a simple process and they were straight up on what I needed to obtain this I would highly recommend American Auto group to anyone who is in search for a new vehicle.

Showed me good customer service before I purchased my car but after that everything went down hill it’s been 3 months since I got my hard plates asked wats the hold up nobody knows check engine light came on car they act like they couldn’t fix just overall bad place to purchase a car from they act nice so you can buy car from them than customer service is horrible don’t recommend them

While the people who work for this company are quite nice and meet needs easily, they sold me a truck with a broken axle and destroyed struts. The axle is so messed up that the links are cracked as well. This huge issue doesn’t include the plethora of other things wrong with it that of course aren’t covered by the warranty. I love dropping a boat load of money on a car just to have to put over $2k more into it less than 6 months later. The company doesn’t pay attention to the cars they’re selling.

I had a good experience buying My new Jeep. Frank helped me he was honest and straight to the point on which cars I qualified for, he gave me great options to choose from. I would absolutely recommend this place to buy a car. Everyone there was welcoming.
