It your typical Walmart, parking is impossible. The riving gangs asking to help are annoying & dangerious,stor dosent seem to care. Inside the store shelves are sticked,lots of merch on the floors,lots of open boxes or plastic packaging. Try to find sales help is a futile attempt, there all busey wat ching each other look busey. Heck out can make you leave your cart & walk out,only self check out,but must be a member,one way if rating it down your through,only 1 live cashier was on at 10 am,line was at least 20 shoppers long. This is not a super Walmart but have heard from others that same occurs there as well. Two Guys from Harrison & EJ Korvets were run with better people.Even BJ wholesale is better run & that's going a way.

Horrible customer service across the entire store. Worst I've experienced at any Walmart
Like other customers, when you call for the manager, over 15 min wait on the phone. Rude customer service agents and rude customer service operator on the phone. Attitude, plus hangs up in your face. "I can't do nothing but call him" Then hangs up, after 20 min wait.
I have no choice but to escalate the matter with higher.
