my favorite place to wash my car, never too crowded and it’s safe, but the conditioning foam soap never works for me

There's always something wrong here or am i just so unlucky to always get into the bay that has a broken hose, or is out of soap or cash machine broken and just takes your money? Just this morning had to swipe card twice because brush wasn't foaming as it's supposed to, spits a blob of foam then does nothing for a minute and spits one again it extended the time i had to spend washing the car, and as a result cost me twice as much than usual.
Location is rather convenient, but this place is always broken... I have to find another car wash to try, this is not good anymore..
Also i got my wheel brush stolen, just put it on a side to dry out and continued with the pressure wash, and 10 minutes later its gone. While thats not this business fault, just tells me what type of people come here. Very disappointing visit here this morning.

Been here 3 times. The last 2 visits the vacuums didn’t work. $1.50 in one and $.50 in another only to be told by another person that none of the vacuums worked. Like it because it is self service and I can wash my car myself. It’s a shame cause I like coming here.

Can use your card instead of coins which is really convenient, except for vacuums. Highly recommend.

I saw there is touchless automatic car wash at this place so wanted to give a try. I am so disappointed after the wash. This is the first time my car went through a car wash and it looked so dirty afterwards. I reached out to Mark and he only responded with "Ground in dirt will not come off with high pressure water alone. That needs to be rubbed off with a towel or brushes" and stopped responding to my emails.
If you look at the pictures attached, it couldn't wash off any dust from side or back of the car. I had to come home and wash the car again by myself.

After a flock of birds commenced an unholy jihad on my car this morning, I searched for a self serve car wash within a reasonable distance from my home. Pulled into the bay, put my money in and pressured washed my car clean, when done pulled around front dryed it with a towel and it came out great, perfect experience

Great experience. Touchless and brushless automatic. Fully self-service and fool-proof. Unfortunately some dirt on my car was set in, so I’ll have to do some more work, but for maintenance, it’s a great solution.
