“I can't say enough about Matt and his team. I had a special (to me) job printing wedding invitation envelopes, and they couldn't have been nicer, more patient, or more accommodating. They were knowledgeable, careful and attentive to detail, and the job was done perfectly at a price that was more than reasonable. They also offered great tips for dealing with the US Postal Service. While they were helping me, I could also observe how they treated other customers - everyone was always professional, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.”
“Absolutely so easy to utilize services at this location. The Amazon return option is so easy, and love that you can do at your own pace. I love the convenience it brings to customers to easily pack their own returns, without the complexities of having to package returns. The UPS location in Dunellen, NJ is very clean, organized and their tech is modern and always working which I very much appreciate. The staff is always willing to help as well when needed. “I love the people in this post office. I moved into the area recently and opened a post office box. When I went into open my box this week, Anthony (the postmaster) recognized me, greeted me by name and knew my box number. He is super nice, as is the two other ladies which I still have to learn their names (one is Sally I believe?). They made me feel very welcome and understand what it's like to be from a small town. YEAH!!!”

“Been having my packages re-routed to here for the past couple of months. So far no issue. Ask for my name, show them my ID and that's it. Just wish the location wasn't on the somerville circle aka circle of car crashes hence the 4 star review. If you are rude to the employees they will have zero positivity towards you ( common sense ).”

“Never an issue for the past couple of years. Friendly and helpful as opposed to the horrible Hillsborough Branch. However once I went and it was closed for lunch because there was only 1 person working and her boss told her not to put a note on the door. So i can't give it 5 stars.”
