“Never an issue for the past couple of years. Friendly and helpful as opposed to the horrible Hillsborough Branch. However once I went and it was closed for lunch because there was only 1 person working and her boss told her not to put a note on the door. So i can't give it 5 stars.”

“I love the people in this post office. I moved into the area recently and opened a post office box. When I went into open my box this week, Anthony (the postmaster) recognized me, greeted me by name and knew my box number. He is super nice, as is the two other ladies which I still have to learn their names (one is Sally I believe?). They made me feel very welcome and understand what it's like to be from a small town. YEAH!!!”

“Staff was good. No main entrance into the main tellers section. Two doors in the side to PO Boxes and then another door into the main area. They helped me tape up my box better than I did”

“Was having a typical day, not bad, not great, and went to go mail a letter. As soon as I stepped into the tiny office I was greeted by a friendly worker named Renee, who definitely made my day just by being so animated and kind. Definitely takes the cake for best post office experience I've ever had elsewhere - usually everyone is so grumpy!”

“The two postal employees behind the counter who assisted me in getting my passport documents together and sent out were 1) very patient with me 2) competent and 3) friendly/pleasant to work with.*In stark contrast to three unpleasant postal employees I encountered at the Pennington, New Jersey post office when I arrived on time for an appointment they cancelled (they did email me to cancel but I didn’t get a chance to read it)Robert Fenyk”

“Peter at this USPS office is amazingly helpful, and always has a word of advice on the best way to send my stuff. Glad to have someone with his experience and friendly attitude working here. Even more so through the pandemic when we lost so much in-person connectivity with family, friends, and acquaintances.”

“Walter, the postal service rep is one of a kind! He went out of his way to help me out with my package. He weighed my stuff first to make sure I am saving money and he went ahead and packed my box for me. His good and kind and helpful nature should be emulated and this post office should be very proud for having an employee like him!”

“This is my favorite post office and I almost don't want to write a review so that it will remain my own hidden gem! It's a little hidden, in an adorable old brick building off the main road. Inside you will find the most helpful and patient USPS representative, who is a jewel herself. Now, please don't go to this post office so that I can keep it to myself and not have to wait in any lines!”

“In fact, this place is good, or rather, the woman worker just does her job well! This employee gave me the opportunity to verify addresses before sending my letters. I sent a lot of registered letters, but despite this, she gave me the opportunity on her screen, a display in her system, to check the exact addresses of sending my letters. I told her that the last letter was very important for the lawyer, and she immediately understood me, and also gave me the opportunity to check the exact address in the system. This is far from common and not all post offices give you such a real opportunity, without even asking the employee about it. I've had a lot of bad experiences where postal workers simply refuse this opportunity to give you the right to check the exact address on the screen in the system. Thanks a lot for your great job!”

“My job opened a PO Box at this location months ago for mail. It has been a pleasant experience overall. They offer 24/7 access to the PO Box and always have friendly staff. It does get backed up during busy hours but they’re doing their best. Very clean environment. Overall, a great USPS branch.”

“Quick and easy service. Carl was very pleasant. My favorite feature though were the automatic doors. Every post office needs them! It was so easy walking in with heavy packages to drop off. Five stars all round!”

“I have to tell you that I'm extremely pleased with Belle Mead Post Office. Its neighbor Hillsborough post office is slower than a Turtle with arthritis. I'm sure they're nice people but when the line is super long they don't seem to be able to quicken their pace. At Belle Meade they are quick, thorough, and instructive. They teach people how to prepare packages and how to print their postage prior to coming to the service desk. Other post office have people filling out forms and taping packages closed right at the counter while people wait. Their approach is to educate and serve the community so everyone can get in and out as quickly as possible. I've been meaning to create this review for a long time and finally getting to it. Of course their are high traffic times like early morning and lunch time when people are doing errands. Try to avoid those times if you can and I can assure you that you will have a nice experience. “Been avoiding this post office for the past 6years since buying a home here because the customer service just didn’t exist. The few times I absolutely needed to use the post office was painful and I dreaded ever coming! There is a gentleman that works here now and he is so helpful, pleasant and has such a warm and friendly spirit! I was shocked, relieved and most of all so HAPPY! This location is closest and I now look forward to using the post office! No more searching online for anyplace else to go out of my way!THANK YOU so much for all you do and your KINDNESS! You are so very welcome to this neighborhood and we are so fortunate to have you!”

“Have never had any problems with this post office.I really like the automated walk up machine which you can print stamps from. It also has a scale for you to weigh a package and print postage from. If you're tech savvy, it can be faster than waiting in line. They have 4 outside mail boxes you can drop off letters at (two of which are drive up which is great). If you have a smaller package which already has postage, there is a drop bin inside that you can quickly use and get out fast (there is a size limit, probably the size of a small toaster oven). They have the standard USPS packing materials, as well as greeting cards and even some gift cards. Pretty handy if you're in a pinch.”

“UPDATE 2023: Runs efficiently now! Small but serviceable, and the postal persons are friendly and professional! Thank goodness ; )PREVIOUSLY: Very very slow. Inefficient, not at all friendly nor responsive on a personal level. Too bad! I've been to post offices that are Great! This one is tiny and crabby -the entire atmosphere is Crabby & neighbors have said the same. Unpleasant, too bad!”
