I took my vehicle to Niro's to have it repaired because I have friends who have gone there and were thrilled with their work. Unfortunately it ended up being a job that they do not have the space to perform, a total frame replacement on my truck. However, Wayne and Lori went out of their way to help me navigate the insurance world and find a shop that was right for the job. If I need services in the future, I will be coming to them because they have an excellent reputation and excellent customer service. They are a fine example of a family owned business, and very nice people.

Wayne was great, he gave me a detailed quote right away, I wasn't expecting that so it was nice, still shopping around but Niro is on top of my list once I go through insurance, thank you Wayne.

I highly recommend this shop. They were extremely professional and always kept me updated regarding the timing of the repairs. They also did a great job on my Van and cleaned the interior which they did not have to do.

I went to Niro’s to have the body work on my car done beacuse of the reviews I read. I was not disappointed- it was seamless and my car looks brand new. Amazing service and great work! Brought my car in for some bumper scratches and they charged me very fairly based on the work completed. Excellent staff and great prices. Would highly recommend for any auto body work.

Fantastic service and superb quality work. Timely and cost effective. My truck looks like new again. And they fully detailed the inside. Located a local car rental at a great, negotiated price. Wonderful customer service skills. Solved all my concerns with great empathy. They are now my new BFF for my truck!!
