Dropped off a priority over night package to be picked up, grant you probably after hours, so knew it would probably be picked up in the morning ( Monday night for Tuesday morning pickup) . I was okay with that. It was a package for the business so needed to reach within a certain time frame due to time sensitive materials. When I dropped off, woman asked me for my phone number, I gave it to her and went on my way. It is now Thursday, no confirmation text or email, so I called and the lady was extremely rude saying unless you gave a phone number (which I did) for tracking, there’s nothing she could do. So if you give you phone number ask for a second form of tracking otherwise you might not get a confirmation text and possibly have to refund a customer.

Ever since Jim left the pharmacy the staff is rude and inefficient, moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Waited in line 29 minutes to pick up a prescription. Unacceptable ?
