Elena was WONDERFUL! She helped me so much tonight at the store. I was in a rush in the self-checkout line, and she saw me and noticed, brought over a new cart, AND got me all packed up nicely and quickly. What a genuinely kind person! She did not have to do this, and she went above and beyond to help! I am so very grateful! Thank you so much Elena!!

Unhelpful people who hate their jobs. Everyone who works there is miserable.

I visited target this afternoon to pick up some medicine at the pharmacy and before the pharmacy opened back up I was just walking and browsing. I got my medicine and everything was good but then I heard some commotion in between the isles near where the back room door is and a lady (who I’m assuming is the manager because she had the audacity to yell at an employee very loudly) started berating the employee saying “THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE” “YOU NEEED TO BE CONSISTENT” all the while the girl is just saying “sorry sorry sorry, you’re right, I know”. Idk what the employee did and frankly I don’t care. Nobody should ever be yelled at like that IN FRONT of customers. And if and when you do need to have a talk with an employee, it shouldn’t be done in front of customers or even other employees for that matter. I am highly disappointed in seeing how management here treats their employees. The girl she was yelling at was also a young girl could have been 16-22, it’s hard to tell. The manager who was yelling was kind of tall, had brown hair in a ponytail and sounded like she smokes cigarettes. I’m hoping to see an improvement here or something done about a manager who doesn’t know how to manage.

Was quite disappointed that the “Disney World of Target” doesn’t accept the Cat and Jack return policy without a receipt. Keep your receipts that contain Cat and Jack items if you are to visit this location

The whole target store is terrible, The HR department is very unprofessional and not kind. If I could leave no stars I would. Very horrible. Everyone needs to be fired

Target corporate should pay more employees to work the registers closer to closing hours. I left because I would rather pay a store that staffs appropriately.

So after making people use the self checkouts because they don't want to pay people to run registers, they are harassing customers at self checkout if you have more than 10 items. I had 15 items and the two normal registers had several people in line so I go to self checkout. I'm immediately harassed about my item count as if I had a cartful, and every single self checkout was empty so I want holding anyone up with my five extra items. I'm going to go wherever there's no line, if you don't want people going in the self-checkout then stop being cheap and pay people to run more registers.

Normally my target experiences are great but this time was just upsetting. This lady was checking me out Debbi was her name. To start off she didn’t even seem like she wanted to be checking me out. Listen it was late i understand but she was just so rude and kept giving me an attitude. I was there with my friend and i wasn’t finished bagging my things and she was ringing up my friend things and was huffing and puffing because the space wasn’t completely cleaned. Another customer came up and asked if she was able to
leave her cart by the register so she could use the bathroom and she didn’t want her things to get put back. After the guest had left she said to another worker “guess i’m a babysitter now” with an attitude. The poor guest didn’t want her things to be put back and was very thankful that she could
leave her cart there. I have worked in retail and i understand that sometimes it can be stressful but this was just plan rude…

I think their policy of - you can only return $100 worth of items (with no receipt) a year is silly. People gifted me things for a baby that I had duplicate/triplicate of ... But Target would not give me store credit after $100 with was returned.
I understand they want to prevent theft, but also I think the $100 threshold is too low/ use some discretion, I'm obviously returning all baby stuff.
