“The entire staff is great. We mostly met with and worked with Lee who in our 2 year at this location was so great when we needed a larger space for our travel trailer.
Even with our first space, I left something behind, and he called to let me know.
We feel his attention to the facility and his customer is top notch.
Sadly we will be moving our tailer to a permanent camping park but if we ever come to need Extra Space again, Lee will be the first one we call.”

“Moving out today, Nicole was super helpful! She was attentive in assisting me with my trash items and was always there to open the bathroom for me which I appreciated greatly lol. I would recommend this location specifically because of her! So nice having someone who has some character to make the process go by a bit more smoothly :) I got the 10x30 space and she made sure it’s swept and clean!”
“Atiya Williams, manager at the Deptford NJ location, was an awesome person to work with renting space. She went above and beyond to help us. To begin with she stayed open beyond office closing time just to help us then she worked with us to cobble together the correct paper work. She exhibited the type of customer-centric attitude that’s hard to find. “I rented a van from this location. I’m moving from Ohio and the move has been very long and very stressful. I rented from Wayne at the Primo’s location. I am legally blind, and Wayne made the process seamless from beginning to end. Even though I can’t see the documents, Wayne helped me to Read them all and sign everything efficiently and quickly. He made sure that I understood everything that all the different documents were saying. I rented a unit and I was putting my items in the unit I had forgotten to purchase a lock. Wayne ran back to the office, added a lock to my account and brought it to me at the unit really saving me a lot of time. I found the customer service to be flawless, efficient and incredibly friendly. The facility is spotless, clean and modern. Everything from beginning to end was perfect and I’m very grateful to Wayne for making my life just that much easier.”

“I love it here. The personnel are so friendly and helpful. I am unfortunately homeless, and I keep all of my stuff here. I get up every morning, grab some clothes from my unit, use their bathroom, and then go to the gym to work out and shower. The costs are very reasonable as well.”
