I took my jeep there through the auto wash a week ago. After paying for the best service- my jeep came out as dirty as it started. Even the windshield was filthy. The wax left an opaque film over the dirt still there. The man behind me still had soap suds on his truck when he came out. Filled out the “request for refund “ slip— and never heard from anyone.
Must be nice to be able to make money that way

I know I was there. Right? I mean I saw the water and the suds wash my car. Yet, every dead bug carcass on my mirrors and my bumper remained. The gray film of dirt and dust on my white car with the occasional fingerprints went untouched. Did I dream I was there? No. Worst automatic car wash on the planet

It's a good self-service car wash and it only cost me $10 to take my time and use the stuff for 20 minutes. The automated ones cost more into a s***** job.

The touch less automatic wash is good for a quick rinse, otherwise it's useless. I'd like to see them add a swipe feature to the self wash tunnels instead of the ATM machine on site.
Even with the self wash they don't have the triple action foam or the air dry hose feature which makes it lack luster.

I pulled in and it soaped my car and then shut off..argh!!! I submitted a complaint to get a refund..heard nothing back! Don't go here!
