I absolutely love the people at Ponte's. They are so helpful every time I have ever needed something. They make you feel like part of the family. They have been around a long time, as long as I can remember anyway. I always call them before any other place because they are good people and they always have the cheapest prices. It's my go to place for car parts!!!!!

Called and asked for a part for my f150 and hung up on me intentionally, never called or been here before so not sure why he would do that, but the first call I was ignored so figured maybe it disconnected but the second time he intentionally hung up.
