“I’m a VERY difficult stick when it comes to bloodwork. No matter how much water I drink, no matter how still I am, my veins love to roll. The two techs at Quest were so sweet and empathetic when it took 4 tries to get me. Two different techs put up with my stupid veins, and they successfully managed to get the stick while being gentle every time they attempted. They were both incredibly personable and did an amazing job at keeping me distracted while I braced the procedure. Even though I had to endear the extra pokes, I’d return back again in a heartbeat. It’s a nightmare every time I have to go for routine labs, and they made the whole thing much more bearable. I left with tips on how to make my next go a bit easier, and was glad to be in such caring hands”
“My physician ordered last minute blood work. I was skeptical and a bit frantic because I couldn't make an online appointment. So I risked going there as it was the closest location to my place of employment. And I'm so glad that I did. My physician put the order in electronically. Check in was a breeze using my photo ID. There was no wait to be seen. The facility was clean and in good repair, which was pleasing to me since I come from a Health care background. The young lady Melissa was kind, gentle, and very professional. The blood draw was quick painless, and there was no mark on my arm afterwards. This will forever be my go to Labcorp location, even though it's no where near my home. Thank you so much Melissa and Ken.

“The team at this Labcorp was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Gavin, the phlebotomist, exhibited exceptional skill. Unlike previous experiences where locating my vein posed challenges (and one unfortunate incident where a nerve was struck), Gavin expertly drew blood on the first attempt without any complications. He even had some good tunes rockin in the lab. I highly recommend this Labcorp to anyone in need of their services.”
“Check-in is so convenient and easy to do. I was a walk-in at 7:25 AM and was called back within 10 minutes of arriving. My phlebotomist was excellent and it was a painless stick. He was also very professional and kind. I will come here for my blood work.”

“Today was the first time I went to this Labcorp. I didn’t know what to expect since it’s inside of a pharmacy, but it wasn’t too bad. The waiting area is kind of small, but since you’re in a store you can kind of walk around until it’s your turn to be seen. The phlebotomist was such a sweetheart and she’s really good at her job! When I say she’s good, she seems very skilled at what she does; I didn’t even feel a needle stick like I usually do when I go to one of the other ones.”
“I took my 2 and 3 year old boys here at the same time for a blood draw. The staff was extremely kind and helpful and made the experience as painless as possible for my two boys. Much appreciated! Would highly recommend this location.”

“Pleasant experience. The waiting area was a bit crowded and the check in machine was down so you had to sign in via clipboard but hey you can’t control how many people show and and tech acts up sometime. Although I was told that happened before. There was one gentleman having a bit of a time because he had a 8:45 appointment and hadn’t been seen yet. My appointment was at 9 and I was seen just before him. He ended up having to say something. But as for me everyone that worked there was nice, answered my questions and were professional.”
“The lady who did my blood I can't remember her name but please tell her I said she was wonderful and delightful and even truly professional even when another customer was being a "problem" about her check in which she was incorrect but yes I hate needles and she made it painless I really enjoyed her ? “I will say I saw the reviews and was worried about the experience with taking my kids. Thankfully my experiences (twice) were good. Sometimes the front desk staff may seem curt but they also seem busy. I can’t say I have gone and watched them sit at the desk doing nothing like all the other doctor offices I have been to. They are busy and focused so I kinda get it. The staff drawing the blood, hands down best experiences we have had, for both kids. And the staff at the desk have WILLINGLY jumped on to help! One wiggled a little but no screaming. The other shouted and then stopped, watched and even sat back down like she was ready for another shot. I told her we were all done or was she waiting for another shot she said waiting for another shot. Normally she can be heard many feet away screaming. The staff some how make them feel comfortable and are so sweet to the kids. I’d opt to go there for blood every time they needed it if I could. I love that they also praise them for doing a good job. Id recommend this location!”
“The phlebotomists are always competent at reviewing my documents, prescriptions, and insurance coverage. And they are so experienced and gentle with the blood draws. I wish hospital staff was so skilled. I have very small veins, especially difficult to access when I am fasting. When I am in the hospital, it can take 5 attempts and 2 or 3 people to draw blood. None of the technicians here have any difficulty.”

“I have to say that the phlebotomist here is probably the best I have dealt with. Don't know her name but I was there at a very busy time and she wasn't stressed at all. I have had other experiences with another phlebotomist there that wasn't so great.So I appreciate that she took her time because my veins don't always cooperate.”
