Omg WONDERFUL people in every department! The General Manager is phenomenal in every way.. easy to talk to, personable, approachable, respectable, sincere and a magnificent leader! All the Department Heads are great competent people. Just a good place to be inspired and shop!

Terrible place to do business needed 40 bags of concrete told the two kids at the pro desk. They both ran off like they saw a ghost. You do not get service or help there. I will never buy from there again go to Home Depot or any other place, but the Lowe’s in Mantuathey do not help customers there anymore

Bought a pallet of concrete, and was waiting for the forklift. An employee asked what I was waiting for and when I told him he responded oh no you have to load those yourself. I asked the manager to verify and was shocked when they said the same. Idk when Lowe’s stopped helping customers but quickly got a refund and bought my 45 bags from Home Depot where they not only provided better service in using their on site forklifts but even gave me a spare tarp they had so the rain wouldn’t damage it.

Worst Lowe’s ever. I was told I would be contacted about scheduling someone to measure my windows for blind installation. A week passed and nobody reached out. I called 4xs to find out how to expedite the process. I was hung up on 4xs by someone at the store who wouldn’t even say hello. They just picked up and hung up. Needless to say I’ll be taking all my business somewhere else.
