Nicole (the owner) has been grooming my Shih Tzu who is a handful to put it mildly for 4 yrs and my Yorkie for 10 yrs now. She does a wonderful job on my "kids" and flexible with appointments. She has so much patience with my Shih Tzu and he gets so excited when I say her name! I definitely recommend her!

We just moved to North Carolina and I worried I wouldn't find anyone as good as Nicole . As usual, I was right. My Brady and Bailey just got their first cut here in the south and it's good but it's not Fancy Paws good!

They are never there. I've called at least half a dozen times, during open hours, over about 12 months and they've never answered. I left voicemails probably 4-6 times and they've only called back once. How do they stay in business like this, I wonder?

Took my dog there about 5 weeks ago and have to say they gave him the best cut ever!! I saw their reviews and all were good so I decided to try them out and so glad I did!! Will be seeing you soon!!

I go to Fancy Paws, After going to many groomers over the years, one of my dogs would never eat the cookies they sent home as a treat, until he got cookies at fancy paws! One day I took my dog in and Nicole said to me, You need to take your dog to the vet, it looks like he jumped over something in the recent snowfall and a stick poked him and left behind pieces of the bark that caused an abscess in his groin. I had no idea! When I took him to the Vet, they said that is exactly what happened, keep that groomer! She is not overbooked so she knows each of her dogs!
