Called and spoke to a man about getting new tires. He was very dismissive and unkind when I asked for help determining what size or sizes I could use. Maybe he was having a bad day. Either way it made me feel too embarrassed to actually get the work done here and I went to BJs instead.

I had an issue with my breaks that caused me to have to go back a few times. Each time I walked in, the guys fit me in thier schedule and offered me a ride when they knew it'd take some time. I appreciate the customer service and accommodations to help me figure out the issue and get it resolved.

Charged over $1200 for brakes and rotors and brake calipers. Brakes still not working properly. Did not replace calipers. Just found out old ones still there.

I dropped unannounced with two wheels needing new tires mounted for a camaro Zl1 asap.
Their lobby was near full.
They squeezed me in and was out within 30 minutes.
Best service and great prices & great people!

I got an alignment here. Cost $160. Had high expectations, the staff were friendly, but left extremely disappointed. The vehicle was not steering as it should when properly aligned. I brought it to their attention. No change. They just showed me the alignment report showing all numbers within spec which means nothing if the car isn’t handling properly. I eventually had to make some adjustments myself which improved it, but will have to find somewhere else to get a proper alignment. Hopefully for much less than $160 for a process that should take no more than a half hour start to finish, or at they very least getting the service I pay for.

Rich and the crew at Dempsey’s Tire Center are AWESOME!! I’ve came across this establishment by “word of mouth,” and I couldn’t be happier. They aren’t out to rip you off, and the services provided are top notch. I had a flat tire on my CRV, and without even having an appointment, Rich met me in the parking lot and said, “we’ll take care of it!” And they did just that! My tire was salvaged and I didn’t have to miss work. Dempsey’s has pretty much become the #1 go to at my office, along with being a staple in the community. I highly recommend giving them a call!

Excellent!!!! Took great care of my C7 Z06! Had 4 new tires installed. Rims were clean, no lights no vibrations. The tall tech that worked on my car really cared about what he was doing! Hard to find that know a days! Excellent, shop! Highly recommend. Nice friendly people.

These men who work there are the best! Very helpful and always solve my problem. Had a low tire light come on, they added air and checked all the tires. No charge. I've bought tires and have had flats fixed.
