Had an extremely complicated Zelle issue/problem and met with manager Shaddha Kapoor who spent an incredibly long amount of time taking me through all the steps needed to get my money back. She patiently sat with me as I spoke to person after person through the fraud line and customer support. Truly the most patient, understanding and compassionate human EVER! I am so grateful to her and this amazing branch for helping me. I have business and personal accounts with B of A and am grateful for their awesome professionalism!

Horrible service. The staffs standing there doing nothing. When I told them my issue with the bank , and they give me the number to call. When I call the number they provided, I was told to go back the local bank to able to get help. Nobody wants to work. No more doing business with Bank of America.

Don’t go here. I spent 2 hours here to get absolutely nothing accomplished. The female I dealt with (name started with a J) was incompetent. Never going to this location again.

Most of the employees at this location are nice but one of the employees was extremely rude and left a very sour taste in my mouth, not surprised this place has such a low rating employing people like her. I will be sure to choose another bank in the future for my banking needs, audios bank of america.

Never open and the ATM is consistently not available. Horrible waste of time to try doing business here. Moved my accounts to PNC as a result, including mortgage. They never kept their customers in the loop about what was going on there.

Horrible hours. Always temporarily closed. ATM always has problems. A vehicle with no gas in it is more useful than this so called bank.

DO NOT BORROW MONEY FROM BANK OF AMERICA credit card. I got a promotional letter to borrow money promising 4% transfer fee and 0% APR for 12 month. With that hard Covid-19 time I borrowed $15000 for surgery recovery and paid $676 which is more than 4% and after 3 month they started charge me 12% finance charges explaining that this correct charge. So for the first 3 month I paid even more than 12% a month. I was ripped off and I am very frustrated.
