This shop took care of me and my kenworth. Took my kenworth in at 10am. They diagnosed it, got the part and fixed my truck before rush hour. The owner and his team of Technicians were straight forward with me and got the job done in no time.

Great service, when my alternator gave way on the NJ TRPK tow operator brought me to the shop, they ordered and replaced the alternator while I waited, had me back on the road in a few hours all at a fair price.

This guy was incredibly! I dont normally leave reviews this is the exception!! I was traveling from long Island NY to South Carolina. 3.5 hours from home my fan belt went and I overheated. Tow truck dropped me at A1 approximately 1am. They opend at 8am. 7:30 they showed up to open the shop, I explained my situation and asked how long. My Truck was pulled in to the shop immediately assessed, the part was ordered from the dealer and arrived at 11:30. They stopped what they were doing installed the pully and Belt, the best part is they charged me exactly what this repair should have cost!! They didn't overcharge a dime so honest and Trustworthy!! Thank you so much!

A1A auto and truck was the best. As a truck driver we are everywhere but if you ever break down in jersey this is the place to go. Very professional, knowledgeable, and they make you feel at home. And we're fast. They had me back on the road on same day.

I want to give them a 0, but felt obligated to leave a review. Terrible customer service. Not even worth the call. Person on the phone kept cutting me off when I was trying to ask for service and then hung up on me when I asked them to repeat their question. If you need a mechanic that can provide quality work in a speedy fashion do not use this vendor.

I wish I could put 0⭐️ Harry the owner is a thief. His labor charges are ridiculous and his mark up on parts are 3 X the actual parts price from the dealer or parts supplier. This guy installed a starter and charged me 1298.24Starter price from the dealer ranges from $250-350 and 2 hours labor which would make that a $550 job. Look at his invoice I had to pay. DONT GO THERE STAY AWAY

Super expensive and very bad service, they put the oil they want in the truck, no matter what you order, then they lift the truck with some lifts to just do an oil change, in conclusion I will never return??????
