I saw a review of Beth Anne that was the most ridiculous inaccurate and petty thing I've ever read. I have had a small business account in the TD Manchester branch for just about 10 years now. I have dealt extensively with Beth Anne, and she is fabulous. You could not perform that position any better than what she does. She's sharp, very fast and efficient and a great problem solver. She handles customers in the most warm, professional and friendly way and has a fantastic sense of humor. The personnel comments about her dress are silly as she dresses with great taste and is gorgeous. Best regards, Frank Boyle

I have been to this bank on 2 different occasions recently needing to assist my mother with her accounts. Both times the staff were awesome. Not only friendly, but completely knowledgeable. They walked us through exactly what needed to be done. They are completely proactive and the staff work well together. This branch is well managed and a blessing to our community. May God bless this staff as they serve this community with complete kindness, compassion and patience.

I had to pay my td bank credit card , payment, went through the drive up window about 1:00 pm, I waited about 20 minutes, the teller began to ask me for my address, which I dont like giving, in that manner everyone in line heard, a man in the next lane sticks his head out the window, and starts staring at me, when I give her my information, then I wait another 15 minutes only to be told that she cant make the payment and tells me I have to come inside,I didnt feel well ,so I went to the td bank on Hooper ave in Tom's River, drive up window, the professional teller who was very polite made the payment I was in line 5 minutes, no problems.

I just read that dreadful review which is just spiteful nonsense. For starters BethAnn is a very attractive person who dresses beautifully. She is not even close to the awful description this person described, which is any case was a personal attack, nothing to do with banking. BethAnn is totally professional and has been in the six or seven years we have known her as an outstanding senior staff person at this busy bank. It does Yelp a disservice to accept such nonsense and posting it. BethAnn is friendly and always professional and on task. This reviewer sounds like a person who thought she could break the rules and attacked the messenger instead, or maybe the poster is someone jealous of her. The review they submitted is false and sounds like the baby throwing the rattle out of the buggy because the applicant could not get her own way. Shame on them. The branch is super handy, staff are always professional and yes you may have to wait because the branch is popular and used by a lot of older people.

Waited more than 25 minutes before "Beth" (very old woman wearing a mini dress with a hanging slip and balancing a herself in 5 inch white stilettos) started calling customers that checked in to say she's not able to take me because I was opening up new checking and savings account. She said she can make me an appointments for Sunday or I can open an account on line. WTF!!! I'm here in person why would I wait to do transactions on line. I'll take my business elsewhere. "Beth" also made mention this is a very BUSY BRANCH and she can give me another location. Yet I sat in my car from 12:30 pm to see her taking others... I know SOME of the people waiting were opening up new accounts as they walked out with Welcome Booklets. I gave them 1 star for the senior citizen in the heels and hair in a ponytail, she made my day seen it all.

I never have a problem cashing a check from there private stuff but I'll stop banking there because of a bunch of their policies

Ever since they closed the branch on Mule Road the other branches have been inundated with people. Went to Manchester branch about 1pm on a Wed and there were 12 people waiting to speak to a rep, and there were about 6 people standing in line. The drive thru was also backed up. There were only 2 tellers and maybe 3 reps, but I only saw 2 while in there. Their hours also changed. So although friendly, it's far from convenient. Guess they want you to use on line banking and ATMs. But what about the elderly who aren't accustomed to on line? Interest rates are pathetic too. Unfortunately you need a bank today. Wish I could do without one. Boils down to corporate greed, not hiring or paying a decent wage. Got to keep the shareholders happy. Sorry for the rant.

First of all the bank says they close at 6pm on their site. All 3 lazy bankers walked out at 5:30 when my husband and I arrived. Also, your TD bank money deposit machine sucked up our bank card and we were told by the banker "that there was nothing they could do about it." I'm sorry, what? Not one of those bankers could make a phone call for the machine to be immediately be looked at? Absolute trash for people work at this bank. Never again.

Nicest people, sometimes I wait a little longer then I should but it's because they are so busy. Still, I don't mind waiting because the service is top notch.
