I unfortunately have several prescriptions. It use to be handy coming in and picking up an item (milk, bread etc) and getting my prescriptions. NOW YOU CANT BUY ANYTHING AT THE PHARMACY COUNTER I WILL MOVE MY BUSINESS TO A DRIVE THROUGH. What’s the point of getting out of car in a crowded supermarket walking all the way into a huge store to get my drugs? The only reason I did it was for convienince of doing it and grabbing 2-4 items.
I just had an accident in that crazy parking lot going to get my drugs. I just called Walgreens a 24 hr drive through pharmacy. It took 2 mins and my prescriptions will be ready later today. They are moving my whole profile over. ENOUGH OF THIS. I can’t even buy a can of beans when I go inside anyway. The cashiers at pharmacy think they are too good forget it!

Good people! A little slow only because the ancients picking up are sloth slow. Go early in the AM or close to their closing! You will breeze right through!

Too crowded with elderly people. Better if you go after 4 but by then all the fresh Bread and other things are gone. Isles are ridiculously narrow!

First time at the Pharmacy.Incredibly slow! Phone line has glitch in which they put a ticket in for today I'm told. So good luck getting through. Hopefully they will resolve it. I think I'd rather drive the extra distance for another Pharmacy.Not impressed in the least with the customer service...or on the phone.Rather rude.Step it up Shoprite... because your pharmacy services are so wrong!

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Every time I go, there's a problem. They actually claimed one of my prescriptions was filled in Connecticut-that's not even possible. They blame everything on the doctors offices.

This store HATES that they have so many senior shoppers . The staff is nasty to any senior asking for help. Staff will complain OPENLY how much they dislike the older customer . Any semblance of civility is totally absent from any interaction. Restock is done in the middle of the day effectively blocking the customers path. And ANY feedback is met with "It can't be helped , too many over 55 communities shop here ." If the senior citizen is so looked down on , why would anyone work in this store ?This store could do better ...

I entered the store and was IMMEDIATELY hit with the STENCH of one of the workers taking a SMELLY dookie right in the middle of the damn aisle!!, I tried to ignore the stench but then HE SAW ME, for a good 4 minutes we had a stare down and i was terrified, i tried to run away but he approaches me, with dookie on his fingers, and forces me to sniff them! Horrible customer service but this isnt even the worst!After i was forced to smell his dookie fingers, i went to the deli and asked for a single slice of cheddar cheese, and promptly the deli worker told me that i needed to buy the ENTIRE block of cheese. This is outrageous! I did not want the entire block of cheddar, simply just the slice but i crumbled and spent 45 dollars on this damn block of cheddar. Its been sitting in my fridge for the past 3 months and im too scared to throw it away. BUT THIS WASNT EVEN THE WORST PART.After i went to the manager (still holding the block of cheese), i asked them to give me a refund because i simply wanted JUST the slice of cheddar not the block, but instead, the manager PEPPER SPRAYS ME and then steals my cheddar! Obviously i had to fight them for it, and obviously i won.Overall wasnt a bad experience but i wouldnt recommend going.

Fresh fruit and vegetables. Most of the employees are very helpful Store is clean and well lighted I will continue to shop there especially when the good sales are taking place

I find it completely appalling that a company that gets over 7 vans from 55 plus community removes its benches from inside knowing the elderly have to sit and wait for the vans to get back to the community

Terrible experience with online shopping employee Fernanda. She yelled at me on the phone threatenEd never to shop for me again, refused to add cough drops to my online order while I was so sick with Covid. A really horrible experience. I started to cry because I was so shocked and taking unawares by her yelling at me. Last thing I expected from Customer Service. Fernanda told me to stop crying because they were a lot of people worse off than me. They were homeless people.I told Customer Service a few weeks later and they told me they would let the manager Paul know about this. I left my name and number never heard from them

This Shop Rite is smack dab in between several senior citizen communities. Needless to say, the store is full of entitled seniors! They argue amongst each other, cut in front of you, stop in the middle of aisles and are terrible drivers too. This is the only game in town if you want lots of choices. Shoppers - enter at your own risk. The employees know what they are up against and are extremely pleasant. I don't know how they work there!

my suggestion is do not ever do this. three times been delivered over three days as still isn't right. overcharge. totally go to the store shop yourself and save yourself the aggravation and the time and dime. The manager was so disrespectful and obnoxious wasn't worth anything. when complained about the order re-delivered the second day the same items that were delivered the first time the third day delivered items they were delivered the first and second time. better off going to forget forever or Stop & Shop which never used to go to but trust me now our Aldi

I don't regularly shop at this store but was in the neighborhood so I stopped to shop there. Went directly to the deli. Spent over an hour to get waited on and I along with the others that were waiting, could not believe the slow service. I would never go there again and advise anyone to NEVER go there unless you have no other store available and have plenty of time to spare.
