I am a new resident. There is a LOT to learn about living in an active adult community. Luckily my spouse and I have been living in a condo community, which also has regulations. LVWA requires quite a bit of documentation to get an ID card and gate pass. Office staff was very helpful as I worked with my insurance company to provide what was needed for me to procure the card and pass.

These people are the worse. Every year fee goes up. For what????? 20.00 this year. This is by far the greediest association ever. Barely do anything for you and penny pinch while they do it. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE…… DONT BE FOOLED BY THESE GREEDY PEOPLE. THEY ARE JUST TAKING AND NOT GIVING ANYTHING. CHANGE THE ASSOCIATION PEOE NOW…..15 homes on the market for sale… people are leaving like you would not believe…..

People be smart with your research into buying in to this village. I purchased four years ago and the association fee has gone up 25 % in four years!!! That is not acceptable and I went to one of the meeting to make that statement and the man who works for LVW stated yes he has a lot of friends moved because they can't afford it. What kind of answer is that? How about you get your budget under control! It is not the best place to live at all.

Confusing spiral street settup. Many streets / same name . I work there ,would not want to live there. Locked gates ,rules about everything.
