I have been going to Wall Nails for many years. Peter and Lily are the best!! I know the comments about the place being dirty and the staff being unprofessional are outright lies!! After frequenting this business every 3 weeks for many years, I know for a fact that the derogatory comments are lies. They are always accommodating to walk-ins, have a large number of repeat customers like me, and are very good at what they do.

to preface, I have never written a review for any company/business prior to todayThe experience I had at Wall Nails was undeniably the worst experience I have ever had in any customer service setting. The man who did my nails was nice at first, and let me change my color without attitude. Unfortunately, his paint job was sloppily done, my nails had textured bubble-like formations and hair from the nail polish bristles in them. I pointed the flaws out one by one on each nail as he continued to paint and he kept saying he was not done yet, although it was obvious at this point the entire paint job needed to be redone.He began to redo them, and my fingernails were burned horribly. I had pulled my hand back after the last and worst burn and he looked at me with irritation and was extremely unprofessional. My reaction was instinctual due to the pain. The nicer man at the desk offered to take care of me but I will never go back again and advise the same to others. There are a few nice employees who do a good job but you take a risk not getting paired with one of them.

NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN...AND DO NOT RECOMMEND! The man who did my full set of acrylic nails made my natural nails underneath BLEED not once not twice but 4 times. I am super unhappy with my manicure since i have been getting acrylic for awhile now and know a good and bad one when i see it. I thought that i would try somewhere new and more affordable but who knew my nail beds would be in pain

I have never been the one to complain about service especially since you get what you pay for but I am sorry to say that this place hands down is the WORST nail salon I have ever went to, it is very dingy looking, and smells very moldy. Me and my daughter came in, she needed a pedicure and I needed and a repair beings one of my nails broke off after going to another sucky salon, anyways they sit us down, her in the pedicure chair and me at the nail table. So I sit down at the nail table. The nail tech was watching a video on his phone and told me I have to wait a few minutes which wasn't a real problem because I wasn't in no rush. He then starts filing my nails, not paying attention and still watching his video. He burnt me a couple times, ended up cutting my nails down which I didn't want, he then goes to lay the acrylic on instead of putting a nail on my nail that was broken and he just put acrylic over it. So that nail is now super short compared to all my other nails. None of them are shaped correctly at all, then onto my daughter, she got the fastest Pedi that I've seen in my life, A customer comes in and the nail tech asked my daughter to move to the other chair so she can paint them at a different chair, put 2 different flip flops on her and then sat the next customer down, she did not clean out the foot spa and the next customer used the same plastic from my daughter. Then the customer was complaining that the lady kept burning her with the water, and it was entirely too hot. I get to the register, waiting to pay and the ladies just sitting there on her phone not paying no attention to us again I'm not the one to really bash businesses, but this was ridiculous.

I love wall nails my daughter and I go all the time! They are so good with the kids there my daughters 9 she loves Sophia!!❤️ I’m always greeted so friendly and all the staff are super nice. The salon is super clean and my nails always look amazing. I highly recommend Wall nails ?? I use Mike he does a great job and makes me laugh!!Services: Foot massages

Here is the thing…it’s hit or miss. I have had wonderful experiences and also absolutely terrible experiences. If you just want some polish slapped on for a cheap price than this is your place. If you want good, consistent service with dedication to customers go elsewhere.Services: Pedicure

WORST NAIL PLACE EVER!!! if i could give this zero stars i would. i came in at about 545 and left at 715. i asked for an acrylic full set and they gave me gel and charged me for an acrylic. the products smelled terrible and burned your hand. the whole salon smelled disgusting even with the door open. definitely wpuld not recommendService: Manicures

came here for a pedi, mani and i was rushed! she didn’t even cut my cuticles both on my nails or feet. she was trying to get to other customers instead of taking her time doin what i paid for! never again.Services: Manicures

I always have a great experience at Wall Nails .. Michael and Sophia helped me get my mom a good pedicure twice before she passed away . Caring and gentle but also fun . My nails have never looked better using the powder dip and all my customers cant wait to see what colors i pick ever 2 weeks!

my nails were uneven, the French nail style was totally wrong and they were thick and not what I wanted I wouldn’t recommend cheap and bad quality
