I was just in talking too a really nice girl she has blonde hair and definitely deserves 5 stars! She helped me figure out what I needed for my nails and even called another location for me to see if they had a product they didn’t have. She had them put it on hold for me!

Jessica did my weft extensions and she went above and beyond to make them look beautiful! She took her time and paid attention to every detail. Her work was amazing and she was such a joy to be around!

Surprisingly, I had a terrible and appalling experience with the manager/owner of this beauty supply store. I was charged a bit more than the actual cost for a very small product. Even though this was a small item, I still asked why the difference in the cost?The salesperson who assisted me earlier kindly responded by offering to give me that same small product for free to compensate for the error. That was very classy of her. She knows what it means to give good customer service. However, the manager/owner opted to give me the difference in the overcharge, which is fine, too, as that was what I naturally expected. But believe it or not, he gave me less than the full amount that was overcharged, and gave me a ridiculous explanation that the overcharge of that product includes the tax built into it. What??? That’s insane! The tax is never built into the cost of a product when it’s itemized on a bill; the tax is added to the bill after all items are totaled. I did point out to him the tax that was added to my total charges. He wanted me to believe that, yes, this tax is for the total amount of the items, but also there is a tax built into 1 of my items.So, then I’m being double taxed for that 1 item. Makes no sense at all!Never in my entire life did I see on my shopping bill items with built in tax amounts and then another tax added to the total amount of the bill. When I showed him the other 2 products I purchased that were charged at actual cost on the bill (to show that these don’t have the “built in tax”) he got excitable and argumentative telling me he didn’t make up the tax laws, etc, etc. This has nothing to do with tax laws. It’s about ringing up the actual cost of a product, not overcharging the items and then trying to explain it away with a ridiculous idea that makes no sense! He couldn’t defend his argument so he asked me to leave his store. Wow! Never, ever was I asked to leave a store. This manager/owner is clearly so incompetent and unprofessional. If he was a good manager/owner, he would have been reasonable and would have done much better for a customer who regularly shops in his store. It would have been a good outcome for me, the customer, and for him for his business. He’d rather lose a customer and be mean and stingy. Very appalling and unconscionable behavior from a manager/owner of a store. Of course, I’ll never step foot in that store ever again! If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Great place. Mario cuts my teenagers hair and they love him! The store has great products as well.

Love Mario and Rachel I have been here a few times tell them what I am looking for and I get that and more. I Would recommend this place to anyone. So nice to feel confident sitting in one of their chairs knowing my hair will look and feel great when I leave.Services: Hairstyling

I don't make a habit of writing bad reviews, but the 3rd time they have special hours and closed early was the charm. Cute little shop if you want to stay local and not drive to a bigger store but who knows if or when they will be open. It's not a bet I would take anymore.

I've often stopped in for one thing or another while at the Shop Rite and everyone has always been so nice... so accommodating... and I noticed they also do hair so decided on a lark to give it a try. I had 'Mario'. My color was perfect... highlights too and I love the cut! I feel like I've found a gem of a place! And I had a nice time too -- they truly are very nice people and do very nice work -- I highly recommend
