over priced and 75 percent of staff are useless nobody knows anything and you just roam around the store. Looking for stuff for 25 minutes.

We returned home for a few days visit and this, of course, was an important stop. So many choices compared to what we have locally in Florida (P*bl^x) where you get one choice of what they decide you should have;there is no other viable game in town, so no choice other than what they want you to buy. We specifically underpack our suitcases so we can bring food back home. The prices are still good and the sales are even better. Choices of produce to prepared foods abound. My only criticism of them is there is so much crowded in the store, it looks dirty and unkempt with items in the aisles and end caps. But, in the end, I will take the ability to choose what I want from a plethora of items, rather than settling for what Florida's giant, which is big on appearance rather than choice, allows you to buy.

I've been going to this store for a few years and the quality of products has recently gone down dramatically. Had a subpar visit last week in which among other issues I had to return moldy tomatoes. Staff there were helpful in returning them as they usually are with any issues. However this week an employee who was partially blocking an aisle (otherwise blocked by an employee cart, another employee and a shopping cart they were both working on) shouted in my face to wait a minute. Not sure what I did other than stand there a few feet away waiting for space to open up for me to pass. Then I hear them say people are so impatient as I am walking away.

The pharmacy here has an attitude problem. I've been coming here for years, so it's not a one time thing. Show a GoodRx discount coupon and they are annoyed because they have to redo the price. Hello? The doctors send these in over the internet, you chose to put the price on it, so what am I supposed to do? Today I had one paper prescription, the other ones were sent in already. I walk up to the window, no one else around or waiting. So the lady asks me if I want to pay for it now. I say sure, might as well do it all at once. Then she says it will be 30 minutes to fill the new one for 30 pills. So I said OK, if it's going to be that long, I'll just take the ones that are done. Then she says that she doesn't know how long it will take. So I said, you work here, you should have a good idea of how long it will take. Next the pharmacist is into it, asking me why I have not seen the news, how many sick people there are, gives me attitude and walks away. It's all attitude and drama here, all about them, not the customer. If there are so many sick people, why is there no line or people waiting? It wasn't even about that, I would have been fine coming back another day for the one prescription. It's the attitude and indifference to their customers. I've had enough, I'm moving all my business elsewhere so that I don't inconvenience them anymore.

THEE WORST EVER! if you call this a shopping experience you have another thing coming everything that you dreamed of went down the tubes!! their deli is extremely unorganized and all the produce in it and on shelves goes bad right away and the meats too so eat it up when you get home!! check-out is a grueling experience and customer service desk is always backed up! I completely hate this place I avoid it at all costs and so do a lot more people! I hate the fact that they had to cut all those beautiful pine trees in the front just to plant more trees they are so ridiculous the waste of nature is beyond imaginable I am sure they throw away a crap load of food in the back when they can feed starving animals or even people! I will take Walmart or stop n shop any day!!

I like the grocery selection in this store and it's stocked very well almost all the time. My complaint is the bakery I got a coconut cream cake I was excited to try my family we opened it each had a piece and it was HORRIBLE. it tasted like lysol or cleaning chemicals. we had to throw it out. the rest of my shopping experience was great employees all very friendly.

Upon my entrance into the Shoprite of Wall Township, I was taken aback by the sprawling aisles that lay before me. However, this shock did not last long... As a mother living near the establishment, it's deplorable to see the marketing tactics enlisted by this corporation:Oreos, Cookies, and Chips Galore featured upon signs and displays, colored and on sale. I then thought to myself..."Where are the healthier options?" My answer came within an aisle to the side of the store. Why do these packages of salt and sugar take the forefront, while my health is tucked further away? Is my health second to the money I bring in? Back in my day, $5 can net you a full meal, yet, not even a bowl of fruit today. Is this the generation we want our kids to live in? 3 stars-would recommend with caution -Susan

I am really disappointed in the shop rite that I only shop. Today went in there checking out checker rang so fast did not even watch as she scanned do to she did scan my card until the end. Long story short something was not taken off went back in after 2 minutes in the parking lot they refused to to anything about it.. No returns.. not even when I. The lot.. What happened to my ShopRite... never paper towel not good to customers.. very sad two thumbs down. has

This place IS NOT PRACTICING SOCIAL DISTANCING. Apparently the employees think a cute mask makes you immune to coronavirus. I was there at about 10 am. An employee had a mask with their nose sticking out. I was in an aisle and two people came down the aisle then a teenage employee walked two other customers down there. I was in a crowd. Seriously? It's too crowded and the safety measures are really nothing besides masks. So if you're smart and you want to live I would shop elsewhere while there is a deadly virus out there.

Have been shopping here for years and have always been happy with the selection and service. I would like to give a Shout out to all of your employees during this challenging time, they kept the shelf's stocked in the butcher section, grocery section and the cashiers kept the long lines moving.
