I couldn't be more pleased with our Groomer Sierra. She is more than patient with our Maltese Ricky. I've been through many groomers that find Ricky too difficult and once was given Ricky back halfway through his haircut for biting. Sierra takes her time with him and gives him breaks when he needs them, and is patient, gentle and kind. We finally scored a winner!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I switched to Purr N Pooch in Wall from the Grooming Garage in Neptune because it was closer to our house. We only send our dog for grooming because he's afraid of getting his nails cut. I explicitly told them this upon drop off and it was in his profile. We dropped him off, paid $60 plus a $15 tip and weren't told they had a problem cutting his nails. When we got home I noticed that only half his nails were cut, and not even to where they should be....still too long. He has 2 dew claws on his hind paws that are like hooks and a danger to him tearing his loose dew toes off. These weren't cut at all. I emailed them that I wasn't happy with the service, asking for a refund for a nail clipping, as it wasn't done. They told me they couldn't issue a refund, but if we bring him back at 12:00 today, they will finish his nail clipping. We brought him back and offered to help them hold him. They told us, that's not necessary, "we have good people working today", like they gave us someone subpar yesterday? They said he was in line and it would be a while and they'd call us when he's done. We went out to a restaurant nearby for lunch, ordered, and they called before our food came saying we needed to come there because they couldn't trim his nails on their own. We get lunch to go, go back there, offer to help hold him, wait for the manager to tell us that's not allowed and that we can't get any type of refund. I left saying if you want a negative review, that's what you'll get! Back to the Grooming Garage we go! It's pathetic that a dog grooming place of this size can't handle cutting an 80 lb Lab mix's nails! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

Our Bella stayed here for 4 nights. We called everyday for updates and they were happy to provide it. We also received pictures via text. They allowed us to bring Bella's blanket and her favorite frog toy from home for comfort. The rates are fair and the staff is amazing. Thank you for taking good care of our dog while we were away.

The only over night, long term spot we use. They treat our dog great, and are amazing with communication.Also a bonus that they have the tinton falls location and can accommodate there if the Sea Girt location is booked.

This was our first time boarding our puppy, Riley. The staff at Purr'nPooch in Tinton Falls was amazing!!!! They took care of Riley as if she was there own. We will definitely use Purr'nPooch again. Thank you for easing my worries. Jeannie & Meghan

First time bringing my dog here . She is very nervous around new people and dogs . when I called to ask how she was doing they reassured me she was doing great and warming up . When I picked her up she was washed brushed and happy . Definitely recommend bringing your pet here.

My friend brought her 2 dogs to Purr n Pooch and the manager is a total bitch. She did not even give her one dog his medicine because she said he was biting and he needs it because he had a bad heart!!! She should have called her because he could have died. She is never going to bring them there again. You would think the manager would be nice especially dealing with animals. If she don't like to deal with animals nicely then get the hell out of there!

Had my dog there for 2 1/2 days. Developed kennel cough and UTI. He never had a UTI before .Hes 8 1/2 years By the way have used this facility 3 times for no more than3 days at a time in the last 8 yrs and kennel cough each time. This time added bonus of UTI. Draw your own conclusions

My puppy spent for days at Purrand Pooch over Thankgiving weekend. He looked great when he came home. I also had my pup groomed their a week ago and they did such a great job. I'm very pleased with them and there prices. Good prices and good treatment is important to me.

Sent my standard poodle pup for daycare and we had a great experience. People at the desk were knowledgeable and polite and friendly. We have only used it once so far but will def return.

A lot of room and so much for your dog to do here. My pooch is always exhausted when I pick him up so he's having a good time!!!
