OK PNC Bank we get it. You don’t want anyone parking in your huge, empty parking lot. But this location, on Main Street, is surrounded by coffee shops, local restaurants, and various small businesses. Would it hurt you to give three or four of your parking spots to the community? This lot is always empty, and the ridiculous amount of threatening signage has such an uncooperative vibe. I have plenty of banks to choose from, and I want to select somewhere that supports small businesses and the locals. Seriously - it wouldn’t cost you anything to share a little of your space.

Friendly staff in a nice building. We're very happy to go into this location. It's a nice atmosphere, and we can depend on the staff when we need help (which hasn't been often, but nonetheless).
