“I just can't believe I got 3 pants for the price of 1. Not only they were cheap but a really good material. The texture of the pants are excellent. No wait in line to pay. Store is huge. You can find anything there, from things to decorate your house, furniture, to clothes for men, women, kids and many other things. Is like a mini shopping mall in one store. “Great experience! I imagine that I was a sales associate's nightmare. I needed help but had zero information that could help Seth help me. To my surprise, Seth took on the challenge with a smile and a comforting tone. I will also add that as soon as he took on this challenge, the store was hit by a flood of customers. So now here is poor Seth trying to help me pick out socks while also assisting several other customers, who had no idea what they needed either. In the end, Seth and the rest of his team had all of us rung up and dressed up in a very reasonable amount of time and without making me feel rushed or as if I was a bother. I greatly appreciate Seth for the help he gave me and the patience he showed towards me.”

“I went in to do some Amazon Returns and the young man who was working the counter was so wonderful! The couple in front of me was having trouble and was non-English speaking and the young man took the time to use a translate app to be able to explain to them what was wrong and how to fix it. Myself and the next customer behind me both screwed up and didn’t pick Kohl’s for the drop off location. I was able to figure it out but he took the time to go step by step to help the other customer try to fix it. Even though she couldn’t he was still able to give her the daily coupon for her other shopping at Kohl’s. His patience, understanding, knowledge, and customer service was outstanding and he should be acknowledged and rewarded!”
