The woman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, held the item I wanted until I was able to pick it up. Item was a great value!

Excellent customer service, would 100% recommend. I came in to get a wetsuit and mentioned to the lady at the counter that I knew nothing about them, she immediately took me to back of the shop and told me everything I need to know about wetsuits and walked me through what they offered. I tried a few on and she kept coming back to me to see how I was making out trying them on until I found one that I liked. Long story short customer service was second to none I will definitely keep coming back here, if you're in the area you should too!

their customer service is awful, i asked someone where the sale racks were and she looked at me and turned her back and started talking and was rude about it

The town of Manasquan has been my happy place for years including being a patron of the Inlet Outlet Surf Shop until now. Last week, we purchased women's Sanuks and Quiksilver sliders. At a hefty $36, they seemed to be good quality but after walking in them for a few hours they began to hurt to the point of cutting my toes as you see in the picture below. The pain was so terrible that I almost had to tap out of a corporate 5K. One week after purchasing them, I returned to the Inlet Outlet Surf Shop with the slides and receipt since their receipt policy clearly stated credit would be issued if returned within 30 days. That was not the case for the dour individual at the store who contended that they only take returns if there's a manufacturer defect, emphatically would not listen to my concern, and told me to take it up with Quiksilver, which I will. This formerly happy customer definitely doesn't come first at the Inlet Outlet Surf Shop. I suggest you stay away and purchase elsewhere.

Went there 8/16/19 with my cousins and got a bracelet. It hasn't broken and it dries pretty quickly if worn in the shower/ocean/pool etc. Went 8/16/19 with my dad and got a pink volcom shirt. It was so pretty and so were the bracelets and rest of the clothes. They have the cutest! Backpacks, and lunch totes. There was a sale today but the prices were still a little high. (15-20$) I feel that the clothes are a bit pricey, for what they are. The clothes are insanely comfy, except for some denim crop tops which itch a bit. But for a crop top, it's a very high price for thin fabric.

This is one of my favorite local surf shops. The best part is when they have their semi-annual sales. You can get some great deals!

Best skate/surf shop I know of. I've bought half of the skateboards I own from that place and I am always wanting to go back. Excellent prices and deals

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, fair pricing, great board service, solid gear, and a local tip to find the best tacos in town. What else could you want from a surf shop?
