Same old same old at CVSYou join programs and they are never honored . I joined the at $5 month deal to receive $10 credit every month and they always find a way to avoid honoring it . You try to use coupons and they are worthless

Although I've never used their services for my prescription medications, they stink and are unreliable. Their always understaffed even before the pandemic began, the self-checkout is cashless only which doesn't even work at least half of the time, and the staff don't always know what they're doing at self-checkout.

Hands down the worst pharmacy I’ve used. The prescriptions were never filled when I was told they’d be filled via text, staff is rude (especially the frazzled younger woman at the register), the phone is never answered- they leave it ringing. I once waited in line and watched every single person be told their prescription was not ready and wouldn’t be ready until the next day. I get were in a pandemic but new people need to be hired for this location. Absolutely unbelievable

They never answer their phone. It rang for 5+ minutes , they answered only to immediately put me on hold and never come back. I live in FL and they are in NJ so it’s not like I can drop in. I am not on autofill and they keep filling my prescriptions which means I cannot get them in FL.

For the last three prescriptions I placed over the phone and online for pickup, none of them were filled at the time I was told they would be ready. I feel like their policy has changed and they don't actually start to fill your prescription until you go in and pick it up. Then you are told you have to have 15 minutes while they fill it. Even when it's not busy this seems to happen. It's a very disappointing experience.

This is the worst pharmacy starting with the woman who is the pharmacist to the nurse they have giving flu shots to the counter help. NO ONE is friendly, no one is helpful....they always act as if they are just so busy to help you...down right rude. forget calling on the phone you will never get a response. We live across the street from the pharmacy and drove to the next town to get a flu shot because they are so rude and will not go out of their way to help. I could go into MANY specifics but I will just end by saying they are the worst!

What is happening at CVS pharmacy in Squan, used to be one reliable store, now falling apart, delays on scripts, cant get thru to pharmacy. Whats going on, wake up CVS!

The worst place to get vaccine. Called me to tell me they had no more without any more information or help! Was the absolute worst experience. More than 25 mins in hold to get a hold of anyone.
