Store is packed with safe,fun funtional , up-to-date infant , toddler and kids. An assortment , clothing, toys , necessary products , accessories and beach related items . I could spend hours there outfitting a newborn and gifts for kids. The sales person was not nonplussed. I would have spent more but no suggestions or assistance. The store has , well thought out inventory.

Hands down, this is my favorite store to buy baby items. Everything from the books to the swaddles and the clothing are beautiful, functional, unique, and excellent quality.

Loved the products! I needed additional little unicorn swaddle set because my newborn is obsessed. I noticed they had security blankets, even better. I just asked the girl at the counter if they had any more or if at some point they'll get more. I didn't care what the print was but I didn't want to buy my son pink ice cream cones. She kept telling me she wasn't the owner, she didn't know what was coming in and then hovered around me while telling me I should just look online instead. I don't know if she thought I was trying to steal or she just likes to hover, it made browsing uncomfortable so I just paid for another 3 pack of swaddles and left. I wouldn't have purchased after this but my son really needs the blankets or all hell breaks loose. I chose to specifically shop local, but I guess I'll just purchase online going forward or another local little unicorn retailer. Cute products overall through, probably have better luck when the owner is in.

Charlotte West has the best selection of baby clothing and products! I love that they have unique, good quality, beautiful clothes that you cannot find at large brand name stores out there. It is so easy to go into the store and find anything you may want or need from their large selection of clothes, gear, accessories and more! The staff, owners included, are always super pleasant, friendly and helpful. They make themselves available to answer any questions and offer advice and suggestions when needed. I did my registry there for my baby shower and it was just the best experience. They made everything so fun and easy and were super helpful throughout the entire process to not only me, but my friends and family shopping as well!! I cannot wait to continue shopping here for my little girl :)

They have a great selection of clothing, accessories, and baby gear, but I'm a firm believer in being a patron of good customer service and they are unfortunately lacking. I'm not sure if both times I was in the store, I encountered the mother-in-law owner or if another employee is older-middle aged, but both times the service was condescending and uncomfortable. The first time I went in there, I was pregnant and looking for a stroller. I mentioned I wanted something that was easy to use and open/close. She suggested a stroller that was far too large for my small frame and was difficult to take apart. When I mentioned that wasn't what I was looking for, she condescendingly told me that was the trendiest stroller that everyone wants, and continue to basically argue with me about it instead of understanding my decision to look for something else and either back off or show me something different. The second time I went in there, now a mother several months later, I inquired about a "lovey" plush toy that descriptively said it's from "Birth+" on the packaging and designed for sleep. I saw online that some brand makes a safe, breathable stuffed toy for infants but wasn't sure if what I was seeing in the store was what I read about online. I asked if this was a breathable plush toy that a baby can sleep with. She never answered my question and kept retracting her statement because she clearly didn't want to say it was either not safe for infants to sleep with or that she wasn't sure. Instead, she said that it was safe because there were no choking hazard pieces on the toy for a baby to bite off. I then asked if it was breathable, and she said a baby shouldn't sleep with it. I then said, but it says it's for birth on and made for sleep. She never answered my question so I put the toy back. Her demeanor is quite cold and like I mentioned several times, condescending. Too bad the merchandise is great, because I won't shop at a place that makes me feel so icky!
