However, this slight inconvenience quickly transformed into an unforgettable moment of customer care when I reached out to the owner, Rachel.Rachel's response was swift, professional, and incredibly apologetic. She understood the urgency of my situation as I needed the item for a gift to be given the following day. Without hesitation, Rachel, along with her husband Billy, went above and beyond to rectify the mistake.What sets Palm Place apart is not just the quality of their products, but the genuine care and dedication they have towards their customers. Rachel and Billy went the extra mile - literally - by personally delivering the correct item across the state of NJ to ensure I had it in time for my event. What a hidden gem! With a huge selection of LP clothing and accessories, as well as spacious dressing rooms to try on items, Palm Place is a great place to shop. It’s tucked away in a small shopping center so isn’t the easiest place to find, but it’s worth the effort.

The sunniest home away from home. If you are a Lilly lover like I am you need to go visit Palm Place. Or if you’ve never shopped Lilly this is the perfect place to start. They are under new ownership and the new owner is the SWEETEST ever. There’s no way to not smile from the time you walk in, to the time you walk out. The new location is adorable and the staff treats you like a friend they’ve known for years. Not only that but they are SO child friendly. I always feel so welcomed and comfortable. The staff is so helpful, passionate and knowledgeable about the product they are always so willing to go out of their way to help find your perfect fit.

Talk about the whole package! Palm Place is your one stop shop for incredible outfits and one of a kind service. I love that they carry apparel for all ages, even the little ladies! The Palm Place team is incredibly helpful and they truly care about their customers. The brand new location is fresh, bright, and the perfect representation of Lilly. We love this store!

Wow. You can tell the new owners of Palm Place have so much passion for the brand and customers. The new store is lovely in design and function. Rachel and Billy put a lot of love into this store, and you can tell as you walk around.Rachel and her staff are so helpful at finding the right piece to add to your closet, and are cheerful to do so. They are patient and give you as much time and attention as you feel you need. This is a high quality retail store with high quality staff! Check it out if you can!

Why bother. They lock their at 3 pm and you’re lucky if you can shop. Been there 3 times and closed.

Palm Place has been a huge help to me! They have excellent customer service, I was put in contact with the owner Ted for connecting about bridal party dresses, and he put me in touch with Rachel who is so thorough and helpful! They are making things seamless and fun for me and my bridal party!
