My old (2018/S8) cell stopped displayg. Couldn't text, answer phone, etc. DREADED this visit. DRAGGED my husband w/me for support.We were greetd by Johnny, who was personable, skilled, knowledgeable and the best person I could have wished for. Johnny sold me the Samsung S23, showed me how to use it, answered all my questions, demonstrated features & put me at ease. (I was sooo stressed).He did not pressure me to purchase accessories. He actually saved me money! He brought up things that I never would have thought about.I traded in my broken, cracked, separated phone for a new model at no extra cost (I thought the new phone was going to cost me over $1,100)! I got my teacher's discount AND my monthly bill will actually be less than I had been payg previously.Johnny was amiable & we felt very comfortable with him. When I return (for anything), I pray that I get him again. He mentioned his main Verizon traing was 20 yrs ago.GOD BLESS! I am thrilled with everything & couldn't thank him enough.I hope that he, his manager and even the CEO will eventually read this review.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced in Verizon store for 20 years. I left this store and and went to Best Buy where I experienced great customer service.

I was in the store today to purchase a case for my new iPhone. The individual who was assigned to assist me could not be bothered in helping me find a case for my phone. He opened the draw and told me to look inside. I advised him I wanted a black case and all he said is black is mixed in the draw instead of spending the time to go through it with me. Needless to say I left and ordered it online from Amazon

On 1/25/24 walked into Verizon in manalapan NJ. I was told by verizon technical to visit a verizon store so i can get my replacement phone for free since i have the extended warrenty. All they had to do was tell the tech on my phone was that i was there and see there is a problem. After 2 HOURS! 1. These kids cause thats what they are kids. Have no knowledge of verizon or how it works. After speaking to 3 different kids they were confused maybe because they sit there all day and play in their phones or just dont want to be bothered because there is no sale/commission. This is a very long story of what happened. Alot of detail. I will be trying to get to corporate because this was the WORST customer service. They are miserable cant be bothered dont even smile. Horrible. My contract is up soon and will be changing providers.

please acknowledge this review. I visited the store today Jan 3 2024. I was there to return an I-phone 13 mini as part of an agreement with Verizon when I purchased an I-phone 15 from the promotion Verizon had offered.this transaction was done on Dec 26, 2023 with my wife and Skylar. this part seemed to go well until today when I asked to purchase a usb-c to lightning adapter. he looked around and could not locate any. even with the picture I had shown him. He called another associate whose name I did not get. I showed him the same picture and he claimed the store never had this adapter. I asked how could it have never been in the store since I purchased it from the same store a week ago. He then says maybe I was at another store when I bought. So he was impling that I didn't know what store I was in. Basically saying I'm an idiot or a moron and did not know where I purchased it. I have been a customer of Verizon, Bell telephone for over 40 years. you can check the validity of this complaint by looking up me name and it will give you all the info. one thing I had asked to speak with Skylar to verify I was at that store but was told she was busy. They should have asked to to hold up whatever business and to speak with me. I would like a follow-up call to speak more on this matter. My complaint is not about Skylar but the rep today.As I expected a general response from Verizon. I really wanted to receive a call from a management person to discuss this matter. I had neglected another treatment from one of the reps the time I was there. I have seen many promotions from Verizon stating a trade in of any phone model in any condition no matter what. I had shown another rep and old I- phone. Probably an I-phone 7. Not 100% sure. I basically got laughed at and claimed it was worth cents. So what does the promotion really mean? Only phones Verizon wants to take back? I really would like to speak to a person about all this below grade service .

Normally, going into a Verizon is right above a trip to the dentist, HOWEVER, was really blown away by the prompt, polite, and knowledgeable service in resolving the issue on my phone. Thank you to Isabella, she was amazing and very helpful and I’m very grateful for her making the experience a very smooth one

If you want a horrible experience, this is the store for you. Steven messed up everything from day 1 purchasing new phones, which caused incorrect bills for more than 6 months. He has lied on multiple occasions and has not been able to fix anything. His manager Chad has also been useless when it comes to helping and constantly states he will get back to me and never does. If you want a Verizon phone, go to Verizon and not wireless zone!

Beware about using this store. This is a 3rd party store, not a real Verizon. They don’t advertise that and Verizon corporate doesn’t support what they do. They just screwed over my 86 year old aunt and Verizon corporate, when called, said it’s a 3rd party store and they can’t help. Last, the staff there is both smug and snarky. They should be ashamed.

Slow service. Just to return an unused phone to 90 minutes. Just to hand over a bag with a device that has a reciept on it, and there are 2 people just walking around with and Ipad making sure people are checked in. What a waste

Your Feedback:Doug the manager refused to help me activate my second line. Probably because I didn’t order it from the store. He said I needed my license. What? I verified my account 3 ways! Very rude and not at all interested in helping me as I guess he felt he had nothing to gain by doing so. Extremely unprofessional. Booo Doug!! Didn’t care at all I was walking out without the help I needed.

Very arrogant manager. Had to insist my 18 month old phone be evaluated. Still not working properly. Used Verizon for years. Will be changing carriers very soon.

Stay clear of Steven!! We did the Black Friday promotion and he completely and utterly screwed over my family. He added all additional warranties that we never said we wanted / told him to take them off and claimed he couldn’t do that in the store meanwhile we went back and was helped by someone else and they removed it in store. Furthermore we had to contact Verizon and go back to the store multiple times because of Steven, messing up with which phone needed to be sent, asked us a bunch of times to confirm the phone numbers and still used a different line to *upgrade* which we didn’t realize until after when my brother got $0 for turning in his old phone. Soooo many headaches caused by Steven. If you need to go to the store and Steven is helping you, ask for someone else. Such an unpleasant experience.

Two and half hours wait to activate my replacement phone. Still they could not Activate with sim card. Elizabeth activates it with esim without my consent. I asked her to activate it on physical esim. Manager Ivan works on activating physical sim. It doesn't work. He states " I will activate on esim back and call it a day." Very unsatisfied with customer service.
