Never enough cashiers then they call for back up the employees on the floor don't even want to be up there. I had an employee Give me an attitude the whole time saying there too busy to be up there.

the order pick up situation is ridiculous save yourself the time and just go in and do your shopping yourself I promise it will be done so much quicker than waiting for their order pick up service. today we got a notification that our order was ready for pick up so we arrive and we were in the order pick up line for 30 minutes with 10 other people who were also waiting a half hour for the lady to go to the other side of the store and get everybody’s order and then bring them all back while other workers just stood around. order pick up is supposed to be a fast and convenient feature but at this target location it’s nothing but a time consuming hassle.

The store pickup is embarrassingly bad. It takes over 10 minutes for 1 item and it was a slow day. Best advice is to stay away from their store pickup in the holiday season. It will drive you insane.

I arrived at the store at 5:25. The lines were a little bit long but that's not the problem. The problem is when I was up to the pick up desk It was 5:35 and the young lady that was working the pickup return line was sent to retrieve my product and another guy's product. I was there from 5:35 until 5:50 and I could not wait any longer. I had a medical conference with my colleagues at 6:00 so I had to leave the store and attend to my meeting which of course I was a little bit late. It should not have taken that long for the young lady to retrieve my things which I still never received. I will have to go back tomorrow and hopefully the service will be a bit faster.

I am currently in a line with 10 people awaiting pick up and there is one person working. Some genius at target leadership decided to move all the pickup items to the other end of the store. That person should be fired. Will never do this again, would have been quicker to just buy the stuff myself!

Terrible service for pick ups. When you get an email that your order is ready it’s actually not ready. You have to wait at the counter for a person to get orders from everyone who’s waiting for pick ups and go around the store to pick up the items. It took me almost 30 minutes to pick up my order. That was never the case previously otherwise I would not have ordered anything for pick up and just get the items myself.

Like many retail stores, this Target has not enough staff so not enough cashier registers are open and the line is usually pretty long.

This store is a total nightmare, every section is a disaster with everything thrown about. I started to do a order pickup because I don't have the patience to go searching for things only for them to email me back every time that atleast HALF of the items I purchased were out of stock. We'll today I went walking around after I was told that half of my items were out of stock only to find EVERYTHING I HAD PAID FOR. When I asked if there was something that can be done they were clueless and oddly enough there was no manager around to help with the situation.

Never stocked. Only 1 register open. Tell you your pickup order is ready then make you wait for an hour to go get it.

I usually do curbside pickup at this Target store. But the item I wanted was on sale only if I did in-store pick up. What a disaster that was, i waited in line probably for over a half hour nobody was saying anything as to what to do, i ask the people ahead of me they said yes this is the pickup line. Finally somebody came from the back of the store with a cartload of stuff for other people and they handed them out and then check my order and said he'll be back with it. I probably waited another 10 minutes to 15 minutes before he came back with my order. The time wasted here certainly wasn't worth the money I saved it was totally disorganized I mean you check on the app and tell them that you're on your way but they still don't have the product pulled and ready terrible service. Not doing this again.

Like others have said, don’t bother returning items or using the online order and instore pickup here. Without fail you wait a ridic amount of time to get help since there’s only one employee at costumer service at peak hours. The employees at this particular Target are either not professionally trained or hate their jobs. I’m always met with attitude or it takes 15 minutes to grab orders which leads me to believe it’s unorganized. No other Target has so much hostility towards costumers. Also please get your scanners up to date. Why do barcodes never work in your store location only??

Starbucks worker leanne albasani only gave a small portion of drink purposly and didn't give me what i asked for . Also saying stuff about me under her breath to her coworker. Also not to mention she screamed and said stuff to us across the target. Very unprofessional as a worker.
