What a wonderful experience! After moving to Manalapan a few years ago and still traveling 40+ minutes to my prior stylist, I felt it was time to find something closer. I decided to try Something New due to its proximity and overall aesthetic. I made an appt. online (where the prices were clearly stated) for partial highlights, glaze & a hair cut. Both the color & cut were perfect! My stylist, Olya, took her time, was extremely detailed, and ensured what I requested was achieved. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

Anna did my Magic Sleek and color and it came out amazing. She made sure everything was perfect and I left with my hair looking fabulous. I will never go back to Keratin after getting Magic Sleek.

My daughter and her friends ( high schoolers)booked online appointment and chose a rylist which was advertised $35 blowout and they all were charged more than $100 for simple blow out nothing fancy . They were not even told that they would be charged higher than what they made the appointment for. Every saloon depending on hair stylist does list the prices for Hair cut and styles but these people are just advertising to get high schoolers in. It's not that we are going to go broke because of charging $65 to $75 more but these are not good business ethics at all.

This is now my second time getting this service and I am very happy. Janine took such great care of my hair , and was very attentive. I used to do Japanese hair straightening so my hair is very damaged. She made sure to handle my damaged hair with such care. I can’t recommend Magic Sleek enough, and especially with Janine!

I always ask Michael to cut my hair. He always delivers consistently good results. His technique is top notch and will never disappoint. He knows how to assess the shape of the face and cuts the hair accordingly. I have never changed my hair dresser since I had him.

Olga, who does my hair ,the owner of the shop truly cares about her customers, and is really not happy unless her customers are truly satisfied. I have been coming g here for awhile and the staff are all so nice and caring. The new salon is so beautifully decorated and a very comfortable atmosphere to be in. I will be back as well. I also have a treatment called magic sleek. It's so healthy for your hair & it lasts along time. My sincere gratitude. Great job, to Olga & her staff. Susan Farr

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience here. I was disappointed with the wait time, service and the price. We came on a Tuesday for a 4:45 appointment for my daughter. As soon as we sat down, they told us to go in the room to get our hair washed. We waited over 20 minutes just for somebody to come and wash her hair. The hair washer was washing one person then left and came back with another person as we were waiting there for a wash! Another hair dresser finally came to wash her hair. Then we waited 15 minutes for Olga her hairstylist apparently in the back room as we were waiting in her chair. Our appointment didn’t start until 520. Olga is super sweet and kind. Olga did pay lots of attention to Blowing out her hair, but said that she was tired as she was trimming it and kept asking another hairdresser to check it. I went to finally pay for a trim and a blowout and they charged me $72!!! I thought that was pretty steep for what we got. I don’t think I will be returning!
