I know consignment very well because I worked at a consignment store a few years ago. “I went there to buy a pair of Toms and I had the pleasure of having Jenny help me with my purchase. She was so kind, helpful and patient. While she was helping me I mentioned that my neurologically impaired sister wanted a pair of personalized Vans since she is unable to tie her shoes. Even though she said they don't do that there, she suggested that I bring my sister in so that she can measure her size, so I don't order her the wrong size since they would be a special order. So I came back the next day with my sister and again Jenny was extremely kind, patient and helpful. I don't usually leave reviews but I wanted to this time since it was such a pleasant experience. “We were in the area and I had a gift card for the timberland store, so we stopped in. We happen to go on a day of clearance sales up to 70% off. Unfortunately this was limited to like 4 styles of shoes/boots for guys and 4 or 5 for women. They had little specials on a couple of other things as well. The rest of the store is like 5-10 % off of retail price ??. The staff were polite and courteous. The store itself was well organized, but a bit smaller than I remember. This was my first time back here in over 20 years. And probably my last time there. The days of amazing deals at outlet stores seems to be a thing of the past. Although they did give a discount of 70$ for spending over 250 as part of the sale that day ?”

“This has to be the greatest store in the world. It’s actually very dangerous. I really enjoy shopping here. They staff are very nice, the prices are amazing. “I liked the actual store in this location. The staff working at the store were extremely helpful n went way above expectations in helping me with a disaster of a purchase I made online. If you ever have the misfortune of ordering online from champs I'm sure you'll leave 0-1 stars. Just make sure to clarify its not meant for the staff at this location. N of you need your online issue resolved just get these guys involved. They deserve at the very least a higher hourly wage then anyone answering phones with n extremely thick overseas accent named John or Allison.”
