Staff has changed and didn't have the greatest experience getting my blood drawn. I have a painful bruise at the area

First... don't forget to make your appointment before you go! The facility is always very clean and easy to check in, especially if you use their app. I highly recommend downloading it. You can also see all your results on there too. Going to have my blood taken isn't one of the more fun things to do, but Nany at Quest in Manalapan really made my day. She was friendly, funny and I actually enjoyed my quick visit. I'd highly recommend Nany if you need any future bloodwork. She's a real pro.

Made appt. Over a dozen people in waiting room. No one saying time for delay. I am already 40 min past my appt time while they play 'make an appt and have little to no wait time' over and over on TV.

Incompetence at its peak. Staff is argumentative and condescending.

Very pleasant experience. Spacious and clean. My husband was seen quickly. The check in process was soooo easy you don’t need a front desk person. Phlebotomist was very experienced and professional. Matt put my husband at ease AND allowed me to explain my paperwork. He was patient and knowledgeable. We had our results in less than 12 hrs. Thank you Quest.

Writing this review as I wait for my turn in line to get lab work done. My appointment which was confirmed was 20 minutes ago and still there are people ahead of me. This is evidence of either poor organization and/or management. The system should not allow multiple patients to book appointments so closely together if they cannot accommodate and respect patients time. There is also no attendant at the reception desk, although the self serve checking process was pretty painless, so that deserves 2 stars.

Such a poor healthcare related experience. Was there recently for a test and witnessed an argument between staff and what appeared to be a very sick, elderly patient who felt the need to aggressively advocate for herself. According to the patient she had been waiting in the office for over an hour and people who came in after her were being seen first. I believe there may have been a scheduling error on her part but that was not an excuse for how she was spoken to, how she was treated. Unfortunately, staff matched the patients level of aggression and told the patient that unless she calmed down she would not be seen. The staff then walked away and slammed the door. This only increased this sick elderly woman's frustration and ultimately only exacerbated and prolonged the situation. At no point was there ever an attempt to engage the patient or even listen to her complaint. Later, when I went into the office for my own work, the staff assisting me repeatedly checked in with other staff as she did not have any knowledge of the type of test I was there for. After some time, the test type was determined/clarified. The test was a 24hr take home test and I was never give any verbal instruction as to how to navigate the test procedure. I was told that I would not need to wait, nor was an appointment necessary, when returning the test the following day. The following day, my wife returned the test and was told that she would need to wait one hour to be seen. Additionally, she was told that the original script would be needed in order to process the test. While I did present the script the day before, I was never informed that I would need it again, only my insurance card. The following day, when my wife While I was waiting for the staff to determine the correct case, other staff were talking (all doors open) about and mocking the elderly woman that had been waiting. In all, as I mentioned, it was just such a poor example of patient engagement, empathy, patience and general competence. I will not be visiting this site again.

Did a walk in on Friday,Checked in and all, to be told they wont take me. Another lady was complaining that she was waiting for half hour. There were no other patients waiting. She convinced them to take her back, but lady worker darker skin and dark straight hair, was bitchin how she didn’t want to work and deal with the process. This was like 2:15 and place closed at 3:00. This is not acceptable.

I needed a last minute blood test for a procedure before my trip. Tessie was beyond companionate and extremely caring. She went above and beyond to accommodate me. It’s nice to know that there are people like Tessie are still working in a medical profession.

I was in and out in five minutes. Seriously amazing! I’m pretty sure this place must be run by AI to run this smoothly and if everything would run this smooth, I welcome our new AI overlords. Hail Skynet! :)

I have a visited the MANALAPAN location of quest diagnostics many times and it is a clean and efficient facility... what I love most is a member of their staff named Karen. She is a phlebotomist at this location And you couldn't ask for a kinder , more competent person. No one loves getting blood taken but she makes it a very painless, quick and efficient process. Highly recommend her!

Wonderful experience here. Easy to make an appointment. Self check-in was a breeze. Waited about 5 minutes in the waiting room. Woman who performed my test was very nice and skilled. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Shopping center has ample parking as well.

I had a good experience here! As someone who hates getting blood work I was happy to have a friendly person drawing my blood. She let me lay down and was overall super nice. There was also barely anyone there when I went, I was in and out! Maybe I just got lucky, but I’d definitely recommend this location.

Made an 815a appt for my husband. It was busy and they took 4 walk ins before him. When confronted they blew it off like the walk ins have waited longer. It is made clear in the office that appt get priority. What's the point of making an appt otherwise? They even put appts on TV screen to let you know your next. Bad customer service when you're in the top of the list and 4 people go in before you.
