“We recently brought home our new best friend, a little grey cockatiel. She was already stepping up and very tame. We could tell she’d been well cared for at the store. The store is always clean and the birds are clearly happy and healthy. Some say the prices are high, but these babies are being hand fed and tamed before they go home to you. Worth every penny!We did not do the DNA testing, but it’s worth noting that they charge about $100 LESS than what my vet quoted for us.”

“Customer service is pretty good- there are not many employees working the floor, and this is not their fault- I’d imagine they payroll and hours they have for the store are pretty minimal (as a previous retail manager) that being said the employees who are the eye and stocking and working are available to stop and drop whatever they are doing to answer your questions and take you to where you need to go to find the items you are looking for. The cashiers are also just as friendly and competent-The only down side to pet smart Is the corporate pricing- way too high-they pals program is ok but you have to be diligent in adding offers to your account, or you can miss out on savings.”

“Been coming to this location for years, but recently used their dog training services. The trainer (Linda) was excellent: she was very knowledgeable, and provided us with the exact tools/knowledge we needed to train our new pup. You can tell how much she loves dogs. If this review were just about her, it would've been an easy 5/5. But she is an outlier among a staff that sometimes can be very indifferent towards its customers. Sometimes I feel like they don't want us to be there. Their products can be a little pricey, but I guess I can't complain much because it's a convenient location.”
