I was working on a home renovation and ordered all of the mouldings from Millhurst Mills. The prices are reasonable and the products are quality. Alan Picolo was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and friendly, diligent in ensuring we were buying the right products for our project, patient when we made a few unexpected changes to our orders and provided quick solutions when a few pieces of moulding arrived damaged. I couldn't say enough about Alan and Millhurst Mills and we couldn't be happier with the results after install. If you're looking for quality moulding and great customer service, give Millhurst Mills a try and ask for Alan. You won't regret it.

I had a really great visit here recently. I wasn't going to go back because of poor service I had received in the past, and was planning on going to Lowe's, but my neighbor mentioned to me that management brought in new people and to give them another try. A very nice lady at the front desk greeted me and gave me some freshly popped popcorn, which was quite good, and then found a paint department employee who was down an aisle cleaning shelves to assist me. The paint lady that helped me answered all of my questions and took her time with me and really knew her stuff and she was as friendly and nice as could be. It's really not a big hardware store, not sure why they say they are an Ace hardware store still, but for home improvement projects, from a couple of gallons of paint to some new doors and windows to flooring or lumber or a new kitchen or bathroom, this place has it all. Really quite impressive. They just need to hire a marketing person to let the community know they are there and all the things they have.

Steer clear! Management is a total joke and are not there to be helpful. Very poorly managed. Constant rotation of new employees due to management's need to bully any employee who disagrees with them out the door. They also hire convicted killers who drunkenly shoot their friends then try to deny any responsibility for it. Management are thugs on a power trip with no real desire to help the paying customer. The on-site head manager sits in his office aloof and turns a blind eye to lower management taking advantage of their positions. Poor management = poor service. Go to Home Depot or Lowes. They are open later, have a much better selection of products and are not operated by a bunch of power hungry, self-absorbed, egotistical clowns.

I went to the Ace Hardware side of the store to buy drywall screws and anchors. I was purposely avoiding the big box stores because help is not available. The man that helped me here was great. A true professional. He took the time to understand the project and find the correct items. Totally worth the trip.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff! Manny (not sure of the spelling) cut two motorcycle keys for me for free. I had the key blanks already.I will be back for future home improvement needs.

You'll be hard pressed to find service better than here. I went in to get a few things for outside, including some hardware to fix a couple of expensive umbrellas. The associate patiently searched through the hardware stock drawers with me and we found exactly what I needed, saving me a lot of $ in the long run.

I was searching for porcelain floor tile. I needed over 850 sq ft and it needed to be the perfect tile as it covered 5 rooms/areas in my home. The owner, Karen, and one of the sales people, Krystina, guided me through the terrific selection at the store. They suggested this gorgeous 24 X 48 tile. I was hesitant with the size but decided to do it. What I can say is -it's outrageously perfect and beautiful. Don't hesitate on shopping there.

Item we needed was listed on Ace Hardware website, but we learned that Millhurst Mills is sort of an Ace - and they don't carry the item we needed. Could order online and have it shipped to the store for our pickup. Not convenient.

First time there ... they had just what I needed, which HD, Lowes, WM & Amzn did not! Great cust service! I'm now a repeat customer. Clean store, organized, like they care.
