I am not good with technicallyHe explains everything to me where I was able to understand it. He also is very knowledgeable about all the products in the store because I was not sure what phone to get. I think that T-Mobile is lucky to have him as an employee because most companies don't have employees that are so considerate of their customers. T-Mobile is lucky to have him as an employee because of what I said earlier therefore I highly recommend that he I highly recommend that he gets a raise or at least a free lunch for the month he was my Christmas angel.”

100 Schanck Rd, Freehold“I wanted to take a moment and write this review because of the incredible service I received at this Verizon Wireless store location. I went to the store to deal with a charging problem with my daughter's iPhone 5. The store manager James MacFarlane greeted me and he immediately began to troubleshoot the issue. After trying several chargers it was determined that there was a problem with the phone itself. He proceeded to inform me about my insurance coverage and actually made the call to the insurance representative on my behalf. He worked with the representative and my daughter will be receiving her new phone in two business days. In addition, James talked me through the instructions via iTunes to back up my daughter's defective phone and how to restore her information when we get the new phone. His caveat was that we could also bring the phone to the store and they would perform the transfer for her. At the same time that we were dealing with the defective phone, James reviewed my account and suggested a few changes that would allow me to purchase a "hot spot" mobile router while lowering my bill so that there wouldn't be any incremental cost (other than an activation charge for the hot spot) in my monthly bill. This solves a commuting issue for me as I work in NYC and this solution will ensure that I have a secure Internet connection for all the devices that I carry (iPhone, iPad and laptop) during the long bus rides. James MacFarlane went above and beyond in servicing not just my initial need for the iPhone, but also to review my account and suggest an additional solution, at no additional cost (by the way, the hot spot came with a rebate for the same price as the device itself, so essentially free). James provides the highest level of service that I as a Verizon customer appreciate. Well Done!”

They took their time to understand our situation and provided a fantastic solution. I left the store with more than I wanted and felt like I made two new friends in the process. 4340 US-9, Freehold“Everyone has a story about going to the cable company office. Now I've got a good one since visiting the Freehold location. I was greeted cheerfully and immediately had a rep pulling up acct. info. so I could return a TV box for my Dad. Literally 5 minutes later I was saying thanks and goodbye,and had info on new cell service in hand. Employees all looked happy to be there and were pleasant. I didn't see a single disgruntled customer,which is unusual at a cable service office. Optimum seems to be trying hard to make clients happy, or at least not unhappy. Thumbs up!”
“This review is strictly for Zachary who went out of his way to help my daughter and I with 2 new phones. Despite the stressful, unfortunate situation that we experienced during the first 30 minutes in the store, once Zachary took it over he was able to make a bad situation excellent. He provided stellar, compassionate stress-free service and should be commended for his knowledge and kindness. He definitely has management skills with an understanding of how important a 20+ year relationship with Verizon is. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. Thank you Zachary!”
