I recently visited Hours of Flowers with a simple request: to purchase three dozen roses, simply wrapped in craft paper. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, I paid $266 in cash, and the cashier neglected to provide me with the change.To my dismay, the bouquet was prepared out of my sight, and when presented, it was fashioned in an unappealing fan shape, adorned with greens, which was not what I asked for. A simple bundle of roses in craft paper was my expectation. Unfortunately, my preferences were never inquired about during the purchasing process.Upon requesting the bouquet be remade to my specifications, a young lady from the staff engaged in an argument, insisting on an additional $10 for the changes. This was disappointing and unreasonable. Thankfully, a gentleman stepped in and rectified the situation, crafting the bouquet as I initially wanted.While I appreciate the eventual resolution and acknowledge the beauty of the flowers, the overall service left much to be desired. The lack of communication and initial unwillingness to accommodate a customer's request was quite frustrating. I hope this feedback leads to improved customer service in the future.

The birthday bouquet I ordered was nothing like the picture on website. I was embarrassed when I saw the photo I received from the recipient. I paid over $120 for the flowers I could’ve picked up from a grocery store for a fraction of the price. Total disappointment!

I was disappointed at how small the individual sunflowers and roses were and how small the overall arrangement was. I also thought the arrangement would be held in a brown pitcher with a cream colored maple leaf on it, not a small artificial pumpkin!

My aunt loved the beautiful floral arrangement I ordered for her special 88th birthday. I was disappointed that the flowers were delivered at 6:30 pm & not earlier. I was glad that she did receive it on her actual birthday but had hoped that it could have been delivered earlier for her to enjoy. Thank you.

Paid over $130 for 15 roses, I understand it’s a “fancy” flower shop. And I must say some of it died the next day, not worth a dollar. Better to get two dozen of roses for $25 from Wegmans and it’s 100% guaranteed lasts for 10 days.

Wow!! I was sent these flowers for my birthday today. They are beautifully arranged and perfect. I am so impressed with the quality and selection of flowers they have. Thank you Hours of flowers. What a massive mistake going with this place! We ordered a wreath for a funeral and felt terribly embarrassed by the small, pathetic-looking, utterly overpriced excuse for a wreath this place delivered. Paradise Flower Shoppe nearby did a stunning job for the other family members, and we regret not going with them. On top of this, the customer service is awful! When I voiced my concern, I was advised that Paradise Flower Shoppe can afford to provide nicer flowers for a lower price - and that was the response! What a horrible experience, go with the other place, don’t make my mistake.
