I don’t have words to express how grateful I’m meeting Mark as an unknown consumer.My sister loves this place and is a regular customer. So I approached him to appraise a pendant that I bought from another high end Jewllery store and was bit doubtful about the piece. Not only he helped me out getting thugged by other Jeweller , he did not even charged me for the service and time spent! Really appreciate that. Because of him I got my money back.
